Great service. Ordering online easy. Then got a swift refund when I had to return it. Staff very good.

Basically everything how it should be from placing the order to receiving it. Rather than just getting a text I've received a phone call notifying me the item was ready for collection. The item that I bought was a really good price compare to other diy stores.

The local branch [Shipley] to our head office has a knowledgeable staff with a wealth of experience and thanks to being a loyal customer for over 30 years their commitment to good customer service is what has kept CEF as one of our main electrical wholesalers. Anything less and we would not be able to keep our customers happy.
The product line-up is great offering high quality items at a reasonable price but also offer alternatives that can satisfy a project on a tighter budget.
Our only criticism would be getting the same level of service from out of town branches but that's not to say all branches have poor service most of the time they deal with our requests with a high level of quality customer service it's just the odd time some branches can be a little less helpful and those branches can tarnish CEF's reputation which isn't fair when you consider the service from elsewhere.
We also find their online ordering service one of the best in the business with a sleek looking intuitive layout and any queries can be dealt with professionally through their online assistance and if need be dealing direct with our local branch.
Overall we highly recommend City Electrical Factors and we are pleased to consider them a loyal customer.

My new hedge cutter by Makita is brilliant. C E F made it easy to order from them really easy to collect from my local C E F branch. I would have given 5 stars but felt the box had been opened before and not back in the packaging as would have been originally. Will use C E F again.
