I put on a special notification for the…
I put on a special notification for the company to phone me when it was delivered as I was desperate for the item. When I didn’t get a phone call I tracked the order and found that it was delivered at lunch time on the Friday. I had to wait until Saturday morning to pick it up ( still no phone call ).

Unproffesional
When one of our electricians went to pick up the item he was told it was not there even though it was ordered 2 days before with next day delivery.
I called the store and the guy said the item had not been delivered yet but was due in that morning and he advised he woould call once it had come in.
I heard nothing and called back 4 hours later to be told by someone else that the item actually arrived the day before... when I asked how this had happened and explained it had pushed our work back for the day I was just told it must have been missed, really unproffessional.

Ordered this as a replace. Website information was good enough for me to make an informed decision. Fitted part like for like and it solved the issue. Slightly disappointed that original unit only lasted 2 years. Well packaged and fast delivery
