this last few months have been really…
this last few months have been really bad dont know why if the rep is not handling orders then things go wrong no communication still not had new email sorted was blocked from using cef on line dont no why as bills are always paid on the 28 of the month i was spending £2000 + a month now spending £200 other wholesalers are giving me better service by a mile and untill you get back to how you were i will not be using you like i used to
I think it comes from a discussion over a credit for a camera system that went faulty on the 1st day of installation and it took 3 months to do a credit for something that the technical department said was faulty on day one the attitude regarding the credit was disgusting as it always is with city i think it is a mamagement issue that you wont give credits in the same month so figures look good as i have had this issue several times in the 30 years i have been dealing with city every other wholsaler credits in the same month as goods go back which seems unfair when i pay on the 28 of each month no matter how big or small the bill is the only way i got this sorted was to stop useing city for a time and to be told thankyou for your buisness and saying it will be done at the end of the month after waiting 3 months for the credit is not the way i expect to be treeted after 30 years of buisness
