All good, very Helpful

I recently ordered a range hood and plastic duct materials online, and I’m very satisfied with the whole experience. The online ordering process was simple and straightforward. My order was delivered on time, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
As a handyman, having reliable suppliers is very important to me. What really stood out was how easy it was to return the extra materials I didn’t need. The refund process was fast and hassle-free. Even though this is an online store, having a physical branch made everything much smoother and more convenient.
Overall, great service, efficient delivery, and a very professional return system. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects

Great service from the Anniesland team in north Glasgow. Michelle, Paul, Stewart in particular. Really helpful and go the extra mile. CEF a bit costly is the only downside.

absolutely excellent service, from Paul at CEF Anniesland. Makita drill was £50 cheaper than Screwfix, better model with metal chuck as opposed to plastic, got a phone call to say it had arrived at store, and great advice regarding products and warranty, don't go anywhere else if you want great service, many thanks Paul

Disappointed when being advised by email that Fedex delivery was now delivered to find on arrival at store that it was not what I had ordered. Only one item of multiple order was initially offered, then after a long wait some of the rest appeared at the customer reception. Then there was still some items missing as 3 x 3metre lengths of trunking were offered as 1 x 3 metre length. (Store assistant realised there was a probelm and corrected it swiftly). My order was not big, but I felt like my order was not worth CEFs time and attention to get right.
Also, I paid for this delivery from another CEF store - if I order from e.g. Screwfix they pay for their own internal delivery, and often it is next day free. I think you need to rethink your business model a bit, and sharpen up your internal infrastructure. If you do not address this you will lose out to some other business that gets it right first time every time.
