Strange way to conduct business Lies…
Strange way to conduct business Lies and poor communication.
Branch manager quotes a price structure in writing for a big project we are working on and when checking prices we find they are not applying any form of discounts as agreed. I raised my concerns with the manager and the local accounts department and I have been totally ignored, not a single reply or any form contact.
We have now moved on to a different supply who do what they say and we wont be using CEF ever again.

Telephoned the Isle of Wight branch…
Telephoned the Isle of Wight branch yesterday regarding a much needed replacement for an in-line extractor fan. This prompted a visit to Newport and after much assistance and research into a comparable alternative to the one I needed replacing, I was on my way back home and the new one fitted in no time. Excellent service and a fair price resulting in me wishing to add a review.
