Your staff in Louth were extremely helpful in identifying the most appropriate bulbs for the outdoor ceiling light I had brought from you online and provided advice on how to fit it.

Cef are a fantastic company and will go the extra mile for southview holiday park parkdean resorts, we use the louth branch and they are very informative and very responsive to any question. Very helpful in Branch, other areas unclear. Very slow from depot to Branch, but other deliveries/carriers were OK despite holiday breaks. It seemed to get stuck in Newark, no reason given.

Ordered, got acknowledgement, got dispatch notification, got product. Job done 👍

Part I wanted (Expel-air extractor fan unit) was not kept at local store so the employee talked me through ordering it on the company website for delivery the next day. Excellent service from local store counter and delivered on time.👍

I bought an extract fan which when fitted was very noisy, CEF dropped off another plus a silent version to give me an option when I went back to the customer no charge for this and offered to collect the returned fans from me.
