Absolute waste of time. I setup a cash account selected the items on website as instructed paid for the order then I get an email that they can't process the order because it was made online and cancelled the order and am still waiting for my refund. They didn't even try to fix the issue just cancellation I ended up losing the job due to the delay in getting materials. 24/04/25 Just had a call from Hannah young CEF,no solution just pure attitude, very argumentative denying cef charged me without supplying goods yet I still haven't had my money back. I actually lost the job due to the delays and still waiting for my money. Disgraceful !!! UPDATE 29/4/25. still not got a refund or an admission that they charged me for the order even though they apparently cancelled the order there end. I have been through bank statements and can see amount as requested then debited and has not been returned I have sent proof of this and all they did was deny responsibility and shut down the complaint with no resolution. As of now I am having to seek legal advice to get my refund. Very sad big companies feel they have to behave like this. The customer service staff are just arrogant and not interested in offering a service there just opinionated, egotistical and argumentative even when the facts are staring them in the face. Awful service and over priced. Leave them alone there is plenty of cheaper wholesalers with better quality gear at a lower price that don't treat you like scum when you have a genuine complaint. It's stupid as a legal battle will cost them more as my bank statements show I have been charged and ot refunded. There arrogance clearly blinds them to common sense. The cs advisor that was inflicted on me was Hannah young AGAIN.

Excellent help in store at your Lewisham London branch. A very helpful customer advisor, nothing was too much trouble.

The only problem was a failure to notify me by email or text that the item was at the store location , I found out by calling CEF web number and being informed that it was at the store

Just wating on the delivary to be completed bit annoying due to need to signt the delivery off an doo busy to do so

Have used CEF more then once, service from my Lewisham depot is excellent. Polite helpful staff and fast delivery.
