Online ordering is a shambles! You would probably get better service from a 3rd world country! I use the online ordering service next day deliver 2-3 times a week out of necessity! And consistently over the last 2-3 years at least 1/3 doesn’t get delivered, “pallet got lost, driver couldn’t find you, dog ate my homework!” So that means everytime you order next day there is a 30-40% chance you won’t get you order.

Then wait for your delivery fee credit for 2-3 months it’s a joke!

As for Saturday don’t even bother! I’ve tried atleast 10 times and even picked for it to be delivered to my Cef so I don’t get the excuse of “couldn’t find you, nobody answered” and out of 10 only 1 so far has been delivered! So only a 10% chance for that.

Because of it not being delivered I then have 2-3 electricians on site who still need to be paid and hotels need to paid but they can’t actually do any work because you can’t achieve the service you offer! This year alone it has cost my business between 4-8k! Small business that’s a lot! And it also lost me a contract because I didn’t meet a deadline!!

Again if I knew you couldn’t provide the service I would have gone an alternative route to getting the materials!

All I get told on the phone then is “We can’t pay compensation, it’s the delivery guys fault, we are a charity”. If only that worked for me with my subcontractors and clients I wouldn’t lose so much money!!

If you can’t do a service don’t offer it then contractors would do others things to get the materials they need.

I mean this website hasn’t even got a current address for my Cef which moved units 3-4 years ago so what chance do we have!

I’m really impressed with my order from CEF.
