Great Customer Service at CEF
I needed to get two 15a fuses which had failed and saw online they were in stock at CEF in Huyton, Liverpool so I went there. Unfortunately there had been a mix up and they were unavailable, but the assistant told me he would ring a colleague who was visiting other stores and ask him to pick them up. Not only that but he would deliver them to me in a couple of hours. Brilliant customer service, if only other companies would do the same. It is so refreshing to find someone who cares about their customers. Can't thank them enough for their help. Electricity now up and running again.

Have what you want
Have what you want, normally when you want it.
If they've not got it in stock the lads do what they can to get it in a reasonable time.
They quite often sense check your order and give you a call if anything seems wrong.
Excellent service.

Pathetic website great over counter experience
The website is probably the worst I have ever interfaced took me half a day to place an order both the on line and call centre weren’t very helpful. Basically telling me to resubmit my order, three times!!!
A second order I made I had arranged for collection but I was charged delivery because the items that had to be shipped were below £50 but the overall order was £89. The great guys at the centre in Huyton told me it happens all the time and returned the delivery charge. Great over the counter service website letting you down. Will probably go elsewhere in the future
