Excellent customer service by going the extra mile
Excellent customer service. I ordered 7 down lights instead of 8 online. On realising my mistake I asked if they had one in stock. They didn’t but had a search on their system and found one at another branch near where there was a regional management meeting and our local manager arranged for it to be brought to the meeting and brought it back to the Herne Bay branch. That is really going the extra mile. Thank you.

Top Branch for service and friendliness
I have been using CEF for many years and have never had any cause for complaint. Firstly I must stress that I am a regular Customer but not large volumes. Stuart and his team are always helpful and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they always go out of their way to assist. Branch is always well stocked and if not on the shelf usually there next day. Very happy with the service. Full Mark's.
