Mislead into thinking Ihad to pay delivery charge which I paid then told I did not need to
Nowhere on CEF website was I made aware that the item was already in stock. Their website indicated the opposite forcing me to pay delivery a charge which could have been avoided. Also next order was a click and collect which item indicated is in stock. But no indication that my order was ready to collect

Delivery of cable to Isle of Wight
The service and achieved delivery date and time was excellent.
However I'm very confused why the cable was Fed Ex delivered from Havent on the mainland to the Isle of Wight when the CEF branch in Newport Isle of Wight had it in stock.
To me it looks like CEF wasted money on an expensive cross water Fed Ex delivery.
