Ordered a Dewalt Jigsaw from CEF due to them being the most competitive price . It was delivered quickly & I was able to track the delivery

My online order failed to deliver, even though the DX driver took a photograph of the house next door to by delivery address.
DX then failed to deliver my order for seven days and then they still delivered to the house next door.

In the mean time I now had to go to my local CEF branch (Orpington) and get them to fulfil the order and I had to collect the items myself.
Thank god they were up to the task as I was now several days without any materials and completely under pressure from my client.

You delivery service is useless and your web order staff are very helpful but have no power to actually see where the delivery is or give any indication as to when it may turn up.
The whole experience made me look a complete idiot in from of my client and cost me a lot of time and money in lost labour sorting out DX Delivery Service total lack of not working out delivery address.

Not the level of service I expect from CEF online orders.

All branches I've visited always have a friendly face to greet you who are very knowledgeable and always helpful, they always have a huge stock and very rarely let me down with what i need, Camberley branch is my local i visit the most and the staff there are brilliant, a bit of banter and a coffee before they get what I've asked for, on the rare occasion they dont have what im looking for they will order for me to pick up next time im passing.
