The person on the front desk got up…
The person on the front desk got up from his desk at the back like he did not want to be at work, asked him for a standard small led light bulb which I had with me to show him. Said no markings to no idea, asked if he had any the same fitting, said not sure, went up stairs said nothing in stock. Asked if he could order said no if they don't have it in stock then you can't order. Very strange as it's not a unusual fitting. G9 LED,Really bad customer service a Enfield branch avoid them.

staff that dont know or dont care
First told not in stock when it shows on the site over 100. Asked for cable which they got wrong twice then over charged me by £10.00.
what is the point of staff who dont know what they are selling or cannot be bothered looking for the right materials
