Great service

Easy to order delivered on time

The service was Excellent I called the Buxton branch late afternoon on Thursday but the item I wanted was out of stock.
The member of staff advised me to order it on line which I did and the item was delivered at 8.30 on Friday the next morning.
What great advice and service in fact I was so impressed with the help from the staff in Buxton that I called to thank them

I received an excellent service from CEF Buxton today. I called with an enquiry about a household ventilation system and within half an hour, a member of staff called with detailed information about the product and quoted a very competitive price.

Looked all over for particular bulbs & then remembered that we use CEF at work, thought they were just for businesses! But went online, found what I needed straight away and they were delivered next day, brilliant service great products and prices

CEF Buxton pulled out all the stops to supply an assortment of large cables at short notice on a Saturday morning. Branch manager was fantastic.

we had a machine break down on Friday morning and it was looking like it was going to be down till Monday. Charlie and the team at CEF went above and beyond the levels of customer service. by going out of their way and driving to collect the needed parts. ensuring the machine was up and running again by Friday evening. The Buxton branch truly went above and beyond for a critical plant where we urgently needed cable and fittings to rectify.
They pulled out all the stops and delivered all this to site as fast as was possible.

I am a regular customer an account holder at CEF Buxton. The service is absolutely second to none and the staff are always willing to go miles out of their way to help. Be it sourcing obscure items for unusual jobs or simply finding the most competitive price on so that you can pass the savings on to your own customer's.
I have come to know all the staff well and feel I could call in for a brew and a chat and be equally as welcome as if I was going in to spend thousands of pounds.

As a local 24/7 factory, we heavily rely on our local electrical wholesalers. Whether for a routine planned job or an emergency breakdown, the CEF Buxton team always go the extra mile to get us what we need, when we need it. The online stock checker tool is extremely useful and even if a spare is not in stock, they are often able to source one from another branch or HQ quickly. Makes me life a whole lot easier.

James, Charlie and George have always gone above and beyond to help out with whatever weird and wonderful part I've asked for. I couldn't recommend them and CEF highly enough.
