Really helpful, didn't have the Bulbs in the local Bathgate store, but was given the detail by a very helpful member of staff on how to order it online and 2 days later I got the Bulbs.

I had to get the same ones again so they match.
CEF only had them in Bathgate so it was a bit of a travel as no other stores had them in stock. I was told by the guy who served me they were CEF own brand.
No clue why no stock anywhere as not discontinued but the guy serving was great.

City Electrical Factors
City Electrical Factors, supplied a used EV Wallbox Charger, this was meant to be new.
The EV charger shows data from where, when & the vehicles that were charged on it.
The customer service has been atrocious, the Branch Manager washed their hands of the situation, as it was from the central warehouse.
Nobody from CEF wants to deal with it.
As a small business, the customer who this was supplied to was not pleased to say the least. This has caused my business to struggle due to the bad review from one customer due to the shortcomings of CEF.
They have shown absolute contempt and disregard for the back bone of their business, small businesses.
