The boys in the Penryn store are great…
The boys in the Penryn store are great but the online shop are terrible! Because of a special job I had to do I bought a £395 Milwaukee tool for next day delivery to the Penryn store, online sent it to wrong store and lost it, DX don’t know where it is and they won’t refund me even though I’ve not even seen the tool!!! It’s a lot of money to me and I’ve lost jobs now because of it, I will possibly not use them any more as this is happening too often now….. because the tool is sought after I suspect it’s been lost “on purpose”
