I've been trading with CEF since I started my business over 15 years ago and I don't intend to go anywhere else! The guys in the Ashford branch always go above and beyond, especially when helping me source stock (sometimes very last minute!) and nothing is ever too much trouble. Couldn't recommend enough!

Using online quite a lot usually several times a week only thing that let's it down is some of the couriers can't be bothered to read delivery instructions DX great pallet line not so bad but always day late all others on day but never to stated location however my local branch Ashford kent couldn't be more helpful always there always ready to help weather sorting a problem finding a solution or just picking up bits always top knotch

I am a retail customer, and called CEF in Ashford, Kent to ask for advice on acquiring a product. Richard was so helpful. This wasn’t going to be a big order, and as an end user I’m not potentially going to be a high spending customer. Despite this, Richard went above and beyond to assist with my enquiry, and found the solution for me. He had to go away and make a call, but he called me back promptly. Highly recommend this branch of CEF. Very polite, professional and efficient. Will be my first port of call in the future.

The entire experience was smooth and easy to experience. Finding what I wanted was easy and getting it the next day was superb.

Great service from Richard at the Ashford Kent branch. Needed to replace a fitting that had been ordered online and delivered. That process was going to be extraordinarily and unnecessarily complicated until Richard stepped in. Had the replacement within 2 hours of first going into the unit. 5 stars all the way!

Online ordering was fine and product was fine, but no-one bothetred to notify me that it had arrived at the CEF store in Ashford. I had to go there and ask the day after it was due.

The staff at the local shop were helpful advising me to order the Zappi online. This proved a painless task and the item was duly delivered free of charge. I saved nearly £100 over another supplier.

Excellent service!!! Its not often these days you get this level of service. All the staff in Ashford were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.
My Trade Account was set up very quickly and communication was great.
The online ordering system is also quick and easy.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
