Installation is a long and complicated process, but it was done on time and as described.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the process related to the installation of our Home Standby Generator. From the beginning of the project to the final inspection everyone from CDS Home Services was exceptionally efficient, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. CDS maintains the Generac standby generator at our home. As in previous years, they contacted us when it was time to renew, and took care of the service without any fuss. We lose power about 2-4 times/year, and the generator has always worked fine.

Chris was timely, friendly, and patient enough to answer numerous questions. He took the time to show me how to reset some options he had set.

The service technician was polite and answered all the questions that I had.

The installation proceeded smoothly. The crew of three who performed the electric and gas hookups were competent professionals.

We have new unit and they are still going on old unit dates. I think it has been corrected now

This was my second year and it wasn’t as good as my first experience.

The tech that did the service check on my generator was curtious, knowledgeable, and well equipped. He took his time in servicing and adjusting the generator. This was appreciated as we lost power later in the week and the generator functioned flawlessly. Thank you CDS.

Service person performed our annual maintenance. He came on the day promised and left us the paperwork. My husband happened to see him when he arrived; he was very pleasant. Since he does not have to come inside the house, we do not interact much with him.

Service Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to interact with.

Notification of services
I mailed the pre-payment for the service in June. When I called it was explained that they were backed up and would contact me once I was scheduled. That did not occur, I came home last week to the service notice on my door.

CDS has met and exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service and installation. Not only did I know exactly when and what time they were going to arrive they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The installation was remarkable, not only does the pavement of the generator look great the work they did installing the boxes in my house is not an eye sore. Not only were the installers incredibly personable they were knowledgeable and willing to answer every question I have. I highly recommend CDS.
