So Andrea as been helping me with my Immigration application from last October, she has helped me so so much kept me calm and managed to get my MEUK3 which is permanent residency, I would highly recommend Andrea any think I need to ask her she answered, also she sent my old passport away and received my new one within 2 weeks nothing is to much trouble for her thank you so much 😊 😊😊👍

A great set of lads from ccs came to our other property and packed all our belongings up and a very cheerful set of lads. Nothing was to much and they had the job done in good time. I would happily recommend this company as this is another great job they have done for us. Thanks once again

CCS Shipping provided an absolutely exceptional service during our move from the UK to Cyprus. Relocating our furniture, car, and beloved dogs internationally felt overwhelming at first, but CCS made the entire process smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.

Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout every stage, but Andrea in particular went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. We have retired and relocated to Cyprus. We are using CCS for our container shippping and immigration process. Andrea has been extremely helpful from the very first contact with her, nothing is too much trouble. Andrea is always contactable and has accompanied us to customs with all our documents. She has given us guidance on everything that needs to be done. When our container arrived , the delivery guys were fantastic, unloading and putting our things in our new home.
I would definitely recommend CCS for relocation.

I would not recommend this company , I have kept an email trail and a WhatsApp trail and found this company an unpleasant experience from start to finish . We were looking at Peter Morton to relocate us but i saw Ccs shipping could take pets in July 2025 .Firstly mis quoted the quantity and price , Andrea via video call said a 20 ft container would be sufficient for our goods , I had asked for a settee and washing machine to be included and was not included on the invoice , Ccs shipping then agreed to match a competitors price but didn’t , costing me nearly double than previous quoted because of part shipment , which Andrea had said via WhatsApp message [ won’t cost a lot if they can’t fit it all in ] and then import taxes because the container had been in port for 3 days although they were arranging the appointment .
Pet location was supposed to be door to door , I had to spend over £40 to take the dogs to the location at the U.K. cargo airport and then cost me €150 to wait in a taxi for them to be checked by a vet in old Larnaca airport .I asked Andrea about collection but was told it’s a long way from Paphos for me and then return journey home when your flight is a late one , never ever mentioned pick up from Larnaca airport , yes I agreed to take them to the U.K. airport as I was on the same flight but a mix up there and not the correct labels sent for the crate , I phoned Andrea in tears at the airport before we left because of the mix up and then phoned her again in tears when my documents with personal information were sent to another couriers office to which I was told to find a shop and print them off yourself, which cost me €7 to which they refunded , pity they didn’t refund me the extra money I had to pay for import taxes and extra shipments.
Was advised to import the car but then sent documents to wrong location , and was never informed that after 8 months you would still need to be going to the department of transportation every 3 months . After emailing to ask for advice on appointments was told twice you need to print documents and they would make the appointments , which they did for the first one and then after asking for an appointment in February 2026 was advised have you got correct documents and they would make the appointment .I didn’t need an appointment or documentation after they had phoned customs. To clarify my estate agent had agreed to escort us to ALL appointments and were very compliant.To top it off Andrea sent me a very unprofessional and unpleasant email after gossiping to my estate agent at an exhibition which names should have been kept confidential under GDPR.After my reply to the unpleasant email there was no response, no apology, nothing.
The removal guys in the U.K. and in Cyprus were absolutely impeccable and were more than helpful unlike Andrea .I informed Andrea once I had finished with my account I would be writing an honest review, I emailed and asked if my account was closed but no response .
To the response of editing my review it was to counter their replies and was not full of spelling errors and is a very honest review, you can see by their responses they are an unprofessional company to deal with .

We can’t praise CCS Shipping enough for the brilliant way they handled our Cyprus 5-year residency application. From start to finish, Andrea Ethrerington was friendly, approachable, and professional at all times.
Andrea guided us clearly through the process and advised us exactly what paperwork we needed to collate and email to her ahead of our immigration appointment, which made everything feel organised and stress-free.

A pain free relocation back to the UK due to the brilliant team at CCS in Peyia and Express Movers in UK. We couldn't of asked for any more from either company, a fantastic job many thanks.

Relocating from start to finish.
October last year we (my wife and I) contacted Andrea from CCS and asked to meet up as we were coming to Pathos for a week to look for a house to retire to. We wanted to meet someone in person to discuss options / pros and cons. realistic costs involved but above all - someone that we felt we could trust.
Andrea certainly met the bill. We met up for a coffee and we both felt very comfortable and took an immediate liking to her. She came across as very knowledgeable and understood all of our concerns including setting up introductions and meetings with a wonderful Cypriot Lawyer, Immigration Specialist and financial options.
Jump forward to March this year. We completed on the sale off our house in the UK and the purchase of our new villa in Pegeia. Throughout this time Andrea kept in regular contact giving updates on the whole process including timelines on what needed to be completed and by when.
One very important thing for us was the safe transportation off our beloved golden retriever. She helped throughout the who process including veterinary documentation and inoculations required at both the UK and Cyprus. He was picked up by the team in the Uk from our house and delivered to me here in Cyprus the next day via Manchester Airport.
We relocated bringing with us a Car, 2 motorcycles and a 40 foot container full of our belongings. It was packed up and loaded over 2 days in the UK by a very professional and courteous team and sent on its way. After being delayed at the Greek docs (this was outside of CCS control) it landed here in Cyprus some 8 weeks later. Andrea was again on the ball to arrange our container to clear customs and all our belongings arrived safe and secure at our new home in Pegeia.
Again the team was polite, courteous and professional in all they were doing. It was a very hot day and they all worked like troopers. A lovely set of lads.
The only thing that was damaged was a lamp - and it was me that dropped it.
Andrea continues to be a source of information and assistance even though the CCS roll has been completed.
As there radio advert says ‘’meet as strangers - leave as friends’’. Very true. Thank you CCS.

All was done well in Cyprus, our stuff was collected within short time, very well wrapped on pallets. The arrival in Italy after almost 4 weeks was a bit wowh! The pallets where shipped with a Saudi Arabian Ship to a little harbour in Greece, from there packed on a truck to the ferry to Bari. First communication with the Greek company was: "Can you come to Bari and collect?" We paid for kerbside house!! Later they asked us if we have a forklift and landing bay. But didn´t they know that this was household goods and not a company? We told them that we live in a remote region and streets are not wide enough for a 40 to truck - this was ongoing for 1,5 weeks! But they didn´t want to listen and read! So they came with a truck for international dimension and trailer. The driver neither spoke English nor Italian. So the communication was through the Greek company. He also was not able to feed the GPS with the right address and was waiting in another village. When he arrived 500 m outside our village he was not able to send location, so my husband and son where looking for the truck on 5 different roads. He couldn´t enter the village and all our boxes and crates landed in the field, because he had to open the shrink wrap in lack of a forklift or anything. Lucky my son´s Italian is native and he could organize "Gino di mulino" who arrived with a bigger Ape and they brought everything to our house, with my son lying on the boxes like a spider to prevent them from falling of the vehicle. I had 11 hours of video conferences programmed for that day and couldn´t help with that ongoing disaster from 3 pm to 9 pm, because the guy from the mill could only come after 8 pm to collect the stuff. Everything arrived, but could have gone smoother when maybe not using the cheapest way to ship?? There are also vessels going to Bari or Brindisi directly and an Italian shipping company wouldn´t have been so chaotic! CCS didn´t contact us anymore to ask if everything went well, because they were also contacted on that day of arrival - which I find a bit lazy or just not interested??

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this removal company. They didn't even come close to fulfilling their contractual obligations.

First of all, they didn't allocate enough time to move an entire house, along with two additional furniture pickups and furniture assembly. Unsurprisingly, the unrealistic timeframe set them up for failure from the start.

To make matters worse, they didn't even complete the job agreed. They left halfway through the move. They also left half of our belongings at the old place, completely missed one of the extra pickups, and didn't bother to assemble the furniture as agreed upon, not only failing to finish the job but also leaving us without a bed to sleep on that night.

Communication was equally abysmal.
They failed to inform us that they wouldn't be returning the next day to finish the job as we expected. When we followed up several times they said we will get back to you, then they had the audacity to demand more money to complete the work they were contractually obligated to do.

I wouldn't wish this nightmare of a moving experience on my worst enemy. Stay far away from this unprofessional and unreliable company. One star is far too generous.

I am Very disappointed with this company. I left my Classic car with them to store safely for me while I was out of the country. After 2 months they moved it to another warehouse that was occupied by a completely different company (marry me Cyprus) and they left it outside, after all they had no responsibility for it’s safe keeping. The car is a convertible, it rained and the roof leaked causing damage to the cars interior. Cyprus Container shipping never told me they were moving it. I left Andrea with clear instructions on who to contact if they ever needed to move the car, but she chose to ignore them and moved it herself. I fully suspect the car was driven over to the new warehouse. initially Andrea was very friendly, but her attitude changed completely once she realised she had been caught out. She became very abrupt with her messages and gave only the most basic detail of the cars location when I went to collect it. “It’s in the second unit on the left past the scrapyard”. The only reason I was able to find my car was from the vehicle tracker I had installed on it. (Something which Andrea was clearly unaware of). If you leave your positions with this company for safe keeping they could be left anywhere. It should have been clear to me when Andrea said “well we have the car” meaning she could do what she wanted with it whilst in her possession. I’m 100% certain that if Cyprus Container Shipping had gone out of business I would never have seen my car again. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this company and will never be trusting them ever again. Don’t be fooled by Andreas friendly attitude in the beginning. The safekeeping of your property is the least of her concern.

Andrea & her team organised a pick up of a kitchen island for me very promptly and efficiently . My island got here safe and the service was second to none. Thank you again!
