They need put more attention to what they do they do wrong certificate to me and I lost my $15.000 thousand dollars Job for Mont I can not write a positive review

My experience with the company has been great. I’ve shopped around for commercial insurance and by far this has been the most affordable. My insurance agent Iman has been exceptional from start to present.
Her customer service has been outstanding keeping communication at all times, very responsive, prompt and knowledgeable even with some challenging situations she still managed to remain professional and conduct herself in a positive manner and ultimately keeping us happy and satisfied with her service.
I highly recommend the company for great rates but most of all recommend Iman for exceptional service.

I had called six other business insurance companies and most of them took my info but never responded with a quote, one declined without offering options, I know we are at a crossroads in terms of insurance laws and requirements but I would have expected someone to explain that to me instead of ignoring me, then I decided to call Gustavo who is already offering us Liability insurance, he provided us with not one but two quotes within 24 hours and also enlightened us about the insurance changes coming up, Gustavo gave us a better deal than our previous insurance provider....I'm pleased and amazed...thank you Gustavo I will call you first from now on with ALL of our insurance needs.

Gustavo and team are amazing. You need it, they get it done. Trust me!! I have and continually continue to put them through the ringer. They pull through every time. The get\ commission, but still gets me the best rates at an affordable price.

CBW insurance services team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Our agent Micaela was extremely helpful guided us all the way. She was very attentive and responded immediately. She answered every possible question we had and adjusted everything in our policy insurance plan.

Mercy is the best! I originally went to her and then lost the contact information so I had to go to another agent who didn’t know anything about California and wasted my time so finally I was able to get back in touch with Mercy and she had everything done for me within the same day !!!
