We purchased two EK7 bikes. The order process went smooth and they both arrived with in a few days from different locations. The assembly was simple and everything works as it should. I did have a couple of issues.

1. The information on line says it fits riders from 5'-4" to 6'-4", my wife is 5'-5" and she couldn't reach the ground with the seat all the way down. We replaced the suspension seat post with a solid one from amazon and now she fits.

2. One of the bikes has a mounting plate with for screw holes to mount a front rack and the other doesn't. I wasn't planning on adding a front rack but found it strange that it was missing from one of the bikes.

Overall we are pleased with our purchase and hope to get many years of use out of the bikes.

I received an EK4 and the appeal was great but out of box the battery is faulty. It continues to blink red/green and the bike does not power down when the key is turned to off. It is dangerous if I were to continue trying to charge it. I’ve reached out to support which is 3 different emails and I haven’t gotten a response from any of them. And the Las Vegas number provided for English support says it cannot accept calls. I am super disappointed. At this point it seems like a scam.

Excellent customer service! I had issues with my e-bike battery and they have been responsive and began to immediately help me resolve the issue. So far so good!

Overall customer service was responsive though later in the evening for my time zone which is rather unfortunate as I'm trying to troubleshoot after dark. I had 1 issue with the child seat attachment as it did not attach to my bike's rear rack without me having to purchase additional hardware AND do some modifications, but it is safely attached now and suprisingly my 4 yr old fits in it. Not happy that I had to spend $70 and modify the bike to attach the child seat.

Bike rocks. Ive only got 70 miles on it so far.

Instructions are in semi broken english, but trust me you will be pleasantly surprised with this thing.

Battery holds up well. i think i could get around 25 miles on it. This depends mostly on the speed you go, if i went max i bet its like 20. If it was min assist probably i could go way past 35.

Dont trust people on reddit saying you cant get a nice ebike for less than a billion dollars. Just buy a cybervelo.

I was experiencing code problems on my ex-9 ebike I contacted Help Center through email, they responded quickly to help me fix my problem with the control codes! I have another issue with the cable that connects to the motor and goes to the control box inside of the bike frame. It is one solid cable. There is no Union disconnect in between. To remove the back wheel, I am unable to disconnect the cable.. I'm waiting on feedback for this issue. My bike runs excellent and is very powerful..

I love my EK11! It's an AMAZING ebike! I've had several questions for Cybervelo since I got my bike and they have answered every single one of my questions. All in all it's a great ebike and great company. 10/10 I would recommend!

Quality, easy to put together and fun to ride also battery good for long ride but have spare battery handy.

False advertising product never did what they claimed it did. Also product came crushed damaged. Customer service horrible. Customer service idea of making things right completely way off the mark. I would never promote this company to anyone. This customer completely dissatisfied with their idea of a resolution and again false advertising with their products because they fall way short of the mark which they claim.
I have already spoken with the support team from cyber Velo and to this day the issue has never been resolved. Again I am frustrated with your customer support due to the lack of any acceptable resolution.
You sent me an electric bike that was unusable and damaged and to this day I cannot write it nor have I gotten a refund. This is completely unacceptable nor will I ever deal with your company again because customer service is horrible. I plead with people not to buy from this company due to the horrible experience I have had with them. all they do is falsely advertise their product and will not back it up.
