Reporting a negative experience with CBD Hemp Direct: They sent three strains that all had a bitter, astringent and somewhat tin-like sour aftertaste. Their idea to make things right? I was told to give the faulty product to "a friend" and buy more strains from them because they are having a sale lol!!

Cancelled my 3.5 for Halloween and never got a refund. This was years ago. This is a scam company. Go to litfarms

They don’t actually ship to Iowa. If you are in Iowa, you will not receive your order! They aren’t forthcoming about this. They will happily pocket your money and say “no refunds”. I ordered a small amount because I had a gut feeling they were going to mess with me and they did. Luckily it wasn’t a financial hit to me, but I can foresee that happening to some excited customer. Don’t bother giving these people your hard earned cash. You will not receive anything from them.

I just received my order #CHD-129993 and was freaked to see the package. It appears that the mylar bag was not vacuum sealed; somehow, it ballooned, like air? was pumped into it, and ripped the package wide open. Is there a way to post a photo? If so, I'd like to.

The smell of the contents was very obvious.

I ordered on a Thursday. Received my order on Tuesday. Tracking information was accurate. Ordered snowballs and was pleased with my purchase. Will definitely order again. Price was great.

I haven't had any problems with this company myself. I've always gotten my orders in the mail in a timely manner. I usually order CBD hemp flower, but for the 4/20 deal I splurged and bought CBD+CBG edibles. I see that this company has 3,074 reviews on TrustPilot and 84% are 5 star reviews, 8% are 4 stars, yet somehow TrustPilot only gives it a 2.8 average! What's up with that TrustPilot? It doesn't make any sense. Looks underrated.

Ordered from here years ago and I finally ran out of product and place an order for 11 joints. I received 5 out of the 11 emailed and no response yet but after reading the reviews I doubt they'll reach out to fix it

Probably 10-15 orders since 2018. Never had a problem. I dropped a star because my order from April 24 is now more than double the cost. I doubt you're importing product and I doubt tariffs on your bags or shipping costs are enough to justify the increase. Also, please, go back to jars, bags suck.

I placed an order on November 29th and today is December 7th and it still shows delivery on December 6th . This is the slowest shipping I have ever dealt with from a flower company . Most are ordered to porch in 4 days . This is the very first time I've literally had to wait a week . Customer service does not exist , I can guarantee I will never order from this company again. If you can't answer a simple service call then it's not worth my time effort or money , I will stick with thca King , prices are lower and shipping is much much faster.

As an old (formerly) California stoner, I have a high tolerance and high expectations for my cannabis products.
There are such an ocean of companies that it’s hard to really know which ones are worth dealing with. CBD Hemp Direct is totally my go-to now. I use cannabis to treat major chronic pain as well as a serious heart issue. I have tried out plenty of their flowers and make my own butter and I have never had even the smallest bad experience. It’s strange to see so many negative reviews as I have found this company to have quality products, excellent shipping time, great customer service and an overall stress-free experience.
The hardest part is trying to decide which strains to try!

I have never tried any of their gummies nor edibles, so I cannot comment on those. But for thca flower? I’d have to grow my own or take a road trip to Cali for better.

Im 28 years old and live in Texas. I worked hard for my money which isn’t easy to coke upon with these clowns we got running the country. Well this company decides to decline my order because there too cheap to give out 3.5 for the free Halloween special that’s the only reason why I tried this company again. Now I have to wait a week to get my money back from cash app when I coulda spent my money with binoid or cosmic hemp garden instead. This company is a legit scam I got proof my ordered for denied for no reason. I haven’t tried this company in like half a year I thought it woulda got better but no. You are better off even as jk distro. This company just screwed me out of 90$ now I have to wait a week to get my money back for no reason.

First off, I don't understand some of these reviews. I had nothing but an amazing experience as my first order, of many, hopefully. I ordered from the budget Buda selection for my first order. And although I feel safe ordering nicer grade, I'm very happy I did. I mean, not only wad the "Crack Smuggler" on sale from the already low budget price, they sent me an extra bag of Pink Runtz smalls. I can only speak to my one experience but I just don't see how people have had such bad experiences...
