I Bought 10 syringes of 90%CBD/CBG Oil…
I Bought 10 syringes of 90%CBD/CBG Oil for 159.60 and none of them are any good! The only way l can get the "oil" to move is by placing syringe in hot water and then l can push the "oil" up ahd out by it turns to crystal immediately! Tried calling and leaving messages but no response from you, terrible back-up service.

Hi Maurice, we are sorry to hear you are having issues with the syringes. Due to its high strength and quality, the 90% oil will crystallise into its natural form unless it is heated up using hot water and left to dissolve into a liquid to apply via any method you would like. We ship 100's of these syringes a week to happy customers who use this method due to its natural high strength and form.
We have checked our emails, phone and messages via Facebook and it doesn't appear we have received any contact from yourself in regards to this.
We are a small business trying to supply the best CBD products we can find, so when we receive a bad review, we try to make sure any customer issue is rectified. If you would like contact us via our Facebook or email (shop@cbdhealthrelief.co.uk), we can look into getting this resolved for you.
Kind Regards,
CBD Health Relief

Hi Ana-Maria,
We are sorry you did not feel our CBD product had an effect or worked for you. CBD can act like any other medicine where it may not work or agree with someone. As you can see from our reviews here and our hundreds of returning customers, our CBD is helping them in many ways.
If you would like to email us at shop@cbdhealthrelief.co.uk with your order number, we can see if there is anything we can do for you.
Kind Regards,
CBD Health Relief
