With regards to the flower and moon rocks I have found the following.Personally I haven't noticed any reduction in pain,a very slight reduction in swelling. But it does help to calm you down.

He also said that if you haven’t received the item after 5 working days that we would send it out again for you. With this is mind we are assuming that the item did not arrive and a member of our team will be in touch to organise a replacement. We hope that once you’ve received your replacement you would consider amending your review to reflect the customer service you have received from us.

Shocking customer service
been buying from this company for around 18 months, had an issue with the quality of two different batches of Phytocan cbd 1000mg but only emailed them recently about the 2nd bad batch as I thought the first was maybe just a fluke.
The customer service was appalling, was told as other people had not complained about the product that it must be my issue and no recourse was given with subsequent emails blanked.
After spending so much and planning on spending more in the future you'd think they would of been at least apologetic and perhaps exchanged the bottles even after pictures and detailed emails were sent but they where completely uninterested.
Buyer beware.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We feel we should respond to some of the points raised as we feel it's not a fair reflection of our company or service. Firstly you mentioned that you have been a customer for 18 months. In that time you have never had any issues with service or products from us so the products and service can't be as bad as you have made out otherwise we'd have expected contact a long while ago to bring this to our attention prior to this.
In regards to poor customer service we can't understand why you have said this. We received your email and responded to it quickly. Your order was dispatched and delivered quickly.
So for clarification, we feel we must explain the situation for context. You brought to our attention that the CBD oil you received was a slightly lighter colour than previously. We advised that nothing had changed in the formulation of the product, the CBD content was the same which can be seen in lab reports and that CBD oil changes in colour and taste from batch to batch due to the nature of the product itself. You mentioned that it 'didn't work' for you. We aren't allowed to advise on specifics, but its entirely possible that you have build a tolerance to CBD and that it's no longer as affective as it once was. We have had no other complaints about this product.
We are sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with the product, but it was not faulty and there was no service issue from us. For this reason we find your 1 star rating and buyer beware comment unfair to us as a business as it's simply not true, but we appreciate your opinion and feedback non the less. If there's anything further we can help with please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Super quick delivery
Item arrived super quick. First time trying the CBG flowers. The taste wasn’t amazing but it did feel like it helped with the inflammation in my knees. Would be interested to to see more CBG strains hitting the market.
