All good at first as they got me to switch from my previous clinic but low and behold once they had my money the real standards of the company have begun to show!

You need to get customer service staff who actually want to help an assist rather than fob you off with a scripted one line answer before closing the chat

Says that you can use an external pharmacy but don't let you pick your own medication what an absolute waste of time

Cb1 is the best out there ,and i would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about it ,go for it ,its changed my life for the good my heath is better and its helps my arthritis 💪👏👏💙

I absolutely do not recommend. Customer service seem to be operating on a rule 'if you don't know the answer don't bother checking, just straight up lie to the customer'. I've been lied to on two seperate occasions. First time when my order was delayed for almost a week, and cb1 lied to me that it's royal mails fault when in fact they did not dispatch my prescription for like 5 days. And now recently cb1 came up with a brilliant idea to change deliveries from royal mail to dpd, so I queried if there will be an option of collection and got a reply that yes I will be, but then when I actually ordered i was told than no, it has to be delivered to my home address, there's no option of collection at all. Lots of issues with deliveries and lots of unnecessary stress, the website is really bad and keeps crashing, everything there seem to be managed by a group of 12 year olds. My complaint about the fact that I was straight up lied to was left with no answer, I guess they run out of lies.

It took me a lot of courage to consider medical cannabis as a multiply disabled person (physical and neurodivergence). The doctor did not turn up and after 15 minutes of waiting and I ended up having a panic attack and meltdown. I contacted CB1 requesting a refund of my £50 so I can consider another provider but I am told appointments can be 10 minutes late and to rebook which I don't want to do as I'm afraid now. They make sure to tell me this will delay my prescription as if it is my fault. Bearing in mind my anxieties are one of the reasons I am considering it in the first place. This experience has put me off so it will take me time to consider another provider and I need to be more careful next time. Looking at recent reviews on Trust Pilot I wish I checked first before giving away my money and the confidence I had built up to even consider medical cannabis in the first place.

My experience here was very disappointing.
I’m a 38 year old with over 20+ years experience with cannabis and use around 60g a month. I understand that clinics have policies regarding new patients but I was transferring over from Alternaleaf and explained my needs to the doctor at my initial appointment, I had to wait around 10 days for the MDT who decided that I could only have 30g with a maximum of 20% THC. - I messaged them straight away reiterating my situation but was told under no circumstances can this be changed. I explained to them that the prescription would basically be useless and asked for a discharge letter so that I could swap to a different clinic. They told me that because I haven’t bought anything yet they couldn’t provide me with the discharge letter I needed so I ended up paying £200+ for a sub par prescription.
I tried again to sort out the issues by booking a follow up appointment with the same Dr (Dr. Delafon), which I waited nearly 2 weeks for but it was cancelled two days before with no explanation.

That was the final straw, these guys are unprofessional, rude & incompetent.

Iv just got to say the claim of next day delivery is wack. I've placed my order multiple times in the morning and never received next day delivery 🙃

AVOID at all costs, CB1 medical are cheap for a reason, their flowers do not meet quality standards, I’ve had multiple flowers through this company and I can honestly say it’s worse that street cannabis. One batch was mouldy and they refused to take it back and follow the correct processes set out to them by the medical council, Tanya and Kiran Johal, even failed and refused to follow their own protocols that they set out to themselves in CB1 guidances for contaminated cannabis. I’ve been left with a wheezy chest and had to send this flower off myself for testing. Once this test has come back I’ll be issuing a clinical negligence claim against CB1.

I’ve been using CB1 for a few months. Thought they were great at first but started to have issues with delivery time and incorrect items being delivered. Now there is no stock and no one to talk to in customer services. I am without medication and will be until they rectify the matter which won’t be anytime soon. I am trying to find an alternate provider and CB1 aren’t even able to provide me the paperwork necessary to transfer providers. You’re better off using a different provider who actually have a decent amount of stock, just don’t sign up to CB1 first because they’ll make you wait months u til you’re able to transfer providers!

Had a prescription for 2 vape cartridges both leaked it then took weeks of arguing regarding replacement s which they wanted to charge for eventually got them replaced.
Then both replacements leaked ruining my device I haven't bothered trying to get a replacement after the last experience
My advice looks around and find another clinic

Don't get me wrong it is a cheap way of getting into medical cannabis but that's where the good news stops I'm afraid, so where do I start an information leak great job there 👍, haven't been offered a consultation that often which doesn't bother me as I feel I know more about the plant than them. So do they just not understand that some growers inflate THC percentages and the difference in THC is often below the threshold for what they allow? They also cannot get through their thick skulls how terpenes work and how that basically is 70% percent of the medicinal effects that people feel while consuming cannabis for instance if I vaped a 20% haze every day would probably have adverse effects on my anxiety yet something like the donkey butter that claims (34%) but realistically is around 30% is actually amazing for anxiety and given the reason they have told me apparently me going from a 31% strain up to a 34% strain would cause schizophrenia? Like what on earth sort of answer is that? then they continued on to say they only prescribe it to end of life patients yet I know of people on other clinics that are just epileptic or have anxiety conditions (after taking this medication I can confirm they don't have schizophrenia) these people are allowed any percentage that has the specific terpenes profiles they are looking for. (maybe the other clinics understand how cannabis works) However I just think they are really uneducated and should maybe do a bit more research so they can update their policies around prescribing this medicine, also do your own research at the begining they prescribed me something that had very little to low terpenes (dead) I was not taking supplementary CBD at this time so basically they prescribed me straight THC which is a terrible idea for anxiety if you know about how the plant works, which they clearly don't! ( just got 30grams of my 40grams that I ordered and they cannot even tell me why the 10g is missing or where it is absolute scum completely avoid CB1 I will be changing to mamedica or canteourage now)

I have been with CB1 for over 12 months, they consistently underperform, have leaked my data, use unsecure offshore support, do not have a consistent formulary, with medicines rarely available for longer than a month or two, so you are constantly playing roulette with medicine. On top of this they are still guilty of prescription steering. They recently forced a change of delivery providers to a company that consistently delivers parcels for me to the wrong address. I actually switched to CB1 because of this originally as they used Royal Mail. So as I do not want controlled drugs leaving with my neighbours/random strangers I asked that they use a different pharmacy (I have done this before so followed all the correct process). So far CB1 staff have had this request for 3 days and they are still trying to stall further. This is prescription steering and interfering with a patients medication, I have reported to the CQC but they are about the 2nd most toothless body in the UK behind the OTSI.

Update 27/7. CB1 called friday to say the medicine (which I checked was in stock (25kg+) with Specials Pharmacy online formulary) was not in stock and asked me to confirm a request for a different % version of the same medicine (one which Specials do not and have not ever stocked). Played their game, today Specials email explaining all of the above and requesting CB1 send correct prescription for the medication I originally requested. Specials emailed first thing and have responded multiple times, CB1 no response, ignoring specials, caught in a lie on paper.

Been with CB1 for 18 months now and can highly recommend them. I have fibromyalgia and use oil (taken orally) for pain relief and help sleeping and it has made a huge difference to me. I've found them to be responsive when I have a question, delivery's always been fine and the Dr's know their stuff! They occasionally have stocking issues for the oil I use but it's always been resolved within a few days and I've never run out.

Do not use this service they force you to buy every 3 weeks and when you mention it they remove you as a patient.
I have used this service from October 25 to June 26. I don't think they are there to help, just to make money out of the ill.

I had little to no issues with this company, initially!!

They are not great at taking ownership of issues and you get passed around the company like some old tissue box. They have since switched from Royal Mail to DPD 😬. Clearly someone in the office though they where great switching from RM, saving pennies, but putting your customers out. Their delivery leads times are now NOT 24 HOURS OR NEXT WORKING DAY! BE AWARE!!!

Their new delivery time which they don't advertise is around 48 hours or longer, so they're back to where they first started. The absolute lack of business foresight and acmen is outstanding, considering they all claim to be health professionals.

I don't think any of them have ever worked in the private sector, as their customer service skills are abysmal. You have to physically do their job for them as they just don't get it.

I am now out of pocket financially due to their lack of business expertise and experience. I would highly recommend NOT CHOOSING CB1 and going for a different alternative provider, as this company seems to be getting progressively worse as time moves on.

Absolutely shocking company constantly missing items wont accept responsibility wasting days sat in waiting for delivery when they say it will be delivered on such a day it NEVER I, charged extra for next day delivery never arrives, menu is crap only ever most expensive available!!! Look elsewhere is my advice as im a current customer of these ppl but not for much longer absolute bunch of lyers that just want the cash and dont give a crap if ya get your order or not

Booked a consultation and waited and waited. The Dr never connected. Phone up to enquire what had happened and was told to just keep waiting. No apology. So I carried on with my day and noted a miss call 18 minutes later. This company is a bit Mickey Mouse with zero customer service AVOID
