I have just received my delivery of solar bunny garden statue. I am utterly delighted. It is absolutely as shown. Arrived extreme quickly. Such a very reasonable price. Totally impressed by the whole experience from start to finish.

Really great choice of costumes with I…

Really great choice of costumes with I Love Fancy Dress. I ordered on Thursday for next day delivery. When I received confirmation of shipping, it said 48- hour delivery with Evri. I called straight away and explained I had paid for next day delivery and was told that they only ship next day with Evri so it shouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, the parcel didn't arrive on Friday but as we needed it for Saturday I was not too concerned as in our area Evri are reliable. Saturday came and I could see on the app my parcel was at the hub and on track for delivery that day. It got to 4.30pm, and the status was the same and knowing that our Evri courier is normally with us by 4pm I realised that it was unlikely to arrive. I called through and spoke with a lovely lady (I think Melanie) and she was hopeful that it would be received but explained if not, I could refuse delivery, and it would be returned to them. Evri finally attempted delivery on Sunday and as instructed, I refused delivery. I emailed with Melanie on Monday morning, and she confirmed that she could see the item had been refused and quickly refunded me in full. Although disappointed we never got the item in time, I am really impressed with the way the issue was dealt with and the speed of the refund. Thank you :-)

Excellent customer service

Sadly I had to return my purchase but Donna was very efficient in initially offering me compensation & to keep the item. However, I requested a full refund. Donna was quick in responding & giving me a full refund & said I could pass the item on to someone else.
Excellent customer service.

1 STAR COMPANY - SHAMEFUL!

Cazaar, you’ve failed us completely — and not just in the usual “bad customer service” way. This was an urgent, essential order for an air conditioning unit to help keep a vulnerable adult safe during a dangerous heatwave. And what did you do? YOU CANCELLED THE SODDING ORDER without so much as an email of explanation, a reason, or even an ounce of basic human decency. No explanation. No warning. No attempt to put things right. Just gone. Disappeared. Like we don’t even matter.

We are now in a critical situation — with temperatures set to hit 30°C+ in just a few days — and everywhere else is now completely sold out. You’ve left us with no time, no options, and a real risk to someone’s health, all because you couldn’t be bothered to communicate or deliver what was promised.

This isn’t a small inconvenience — it’s potentially dangerous negligence, and it shows an unforgivable level of carelessness from a company that clearly has no understanding of customer responsibility.

Avoid Cazaar like the plague. We trusted you, and you’ve left us in a situation that could have serious consequences. You should be ashamed.

Please allow us to clarify: Cazaar is a marketplace platform, similar to Amazon, where individual third-party sellers manage their own stock, listings, and dispatches. It appears the order in question was placed with one of those third-party sellers. While we are deeply sorry that the seller cancelled your order and failed to notify you, we also recognise that this falls short of the high standards we aim to maintain across our marketplace.

That said, we take situations like this very seriously, especially when they affect the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals. We will be investigating the matter thoroughly with the seller involved to understand what went wrong and ensure they are held accountable for the breakdown in communication and service.

great customer service

Unfortunately, my item was delivered damaged but I got in touch with the company and they agreed for me to return it for a full refund. I was away working out of the country for 2 months so when I got back I got back in touch with the company and they honoured the return as long as I sent it within 7 working days. Great customer service.
