Easy ordering experience and then a prompt phone call to verify shipping details! Order arrived in less than 24 hours, and to Saskatchewan. Another call to verify I received the shipment, right after I picked up! This customer service is what will make me a repeat and loyal customer. This is the lost art of the retail experience. All the products were great and the wife loved her first caviar experience...and I loved the smoked salmon.

The packaging were really safe and secured!! It was delivered into my house in the morning and i had work till night and so i havent had the time to open it when i came homeit is still cold!!! It is really nice and also chea prices but excellent quality will be ordering again!

Great Product! I live in a smaller city in south western Ontario but delivery was prompt. Was hoping for a tin like in all the ads, but it came in a glass jar...less appealing. Will order from them again!
