Comms were great throughout. Admittedly delivery took longer than expected, but the high level of customer service assurred me that all would be well. And it was, the quality of my drill top far exceeded my hopes, it is top notch and I would order from Cavasa again without a doubt

I ordered and payed for a tee shirt in April. Numerous emails back and forth I haven't received the tee by August. The final email was an ultimatum supply the ree or refund my money. I received my money 2 weeks later. That's why this company only gets one star.

A massive thanks to Callain - when I enquired about one of the special edition Oasis Mayo Jerseys' - 1 week before the concert in Croke Park! the ordering was seamless and I got my top a few days beforehand. Loved the white version and will be wearing it to Mayo games in the future (and hopefully another Oasis gig)

Ordered 2 oasis inspired tops for my husband and son and was aware of a 4/5 week wait. I did have to send an email to get an update as it was nearing the 5 weeks. I had a response straight away to confirm they had been dispatched and they arrived 2 days after. Great customer service.Very pleased with the quality and my husband and son love them.

What an amazing business to deal with, any questions I had were very quickly answered even on a weekend at 10pm! I reached out and they sorted any issues I had and they were so nice and easy to deal with, very friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible, small business have it tough in this time and I only have huge positives to say about this business, from start to finish they kept in touch and let me know what was happening, Great designs and fabrics, sizing is spot on and honestly so worth the money. I will deffo be a returning customer as you don’t get the personal service from a large company.

Really like the product. Was exactly as shown and described. Yesz they had a few problems with fulfilment during a very busy time but kept me updated every step and in a personal way not just a robotic delivery tracker. So appreciate that.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE MY JUMPER!!!! Took a little over two weeks to arrive (as expected for a small company) so I was very happy with the speed. The quality of the sam fender jumper I got is unreal, it’s warm, soft and didn’t bobble in the wash nor did any of the text crack or come off. I wore my jumper to electric picnic and had SO many compliments and it kept me warm in the super cold weather

Terrible company.
I ordered a SF top, never received it, was refunded, and promised a replacement that never came. Weeks later — still nothing. Empty promises, no reliability, and a complete waste of time. Avoid Cavasa at all costs.
