I’ve been extremely impressed with the guys at Catalyst. I’ve been in the online business space for the last 2 years, lots of ups and downs.

I’ve purchased many business programs, but never have I seen such a well rounded service as I have in my 1 month with Catalyst. They are no BS, no shenanigans type of people who know exactly what they’re doing. For example, the cold email campaign they set up for me has gotten me more booked calls in 2 weeks than I had over the last 4 months combined! It’s bananas! I have only positive things to say about Catalyst, and more importantly, I respect them very much for their ability to produce results quickly.

Catalyst Holdings has hands-down the most efficient process and systems I’ve ever seen. Just a couple weeks in and their cold email system alone has already brought in multiple closed clients — it works insanely well.

They walk you through everything from building a strong offer, creating backend systems, structuring VSLs and ad campaigns, and more. Nothing feels generic or recycled — it’s all dialed in for performance and scalability. If you’re looking for a team that actually delivers real, proven systems that move the needle, Catalyst is the one to work with.

Have I reached the goal? No.
Will I? Yes.

I have full confidence that Catalyst knows what they are doing and just like any other coaching program, you have everything you need to be successful with Catalyst. It then comes down to YOU.

I can confidently say that after working with Catalyst our acquisition problem is nearly 100% resolved (probably about 70% resolved).

The issue has now become: how the hell do I keep up with all the new clients (without burning and churning hundreds of companies in the process or losing my sanity).

If you have the money to invest in your company I don't really see why you wouldn't do this.

Highly not recommended. I have worked with Dylan's team in the "SMMA" space—they provide you with faulty CRMs, ineffective strategies, and, lastly, all the coaching work is outsourced to people who are not actually in the agency space.

I also know two other guys who got scammed by this guy. The business model is to charge as much upfront as possible, deliver half of the promised value (or less), and keep the money—even if they owe you a "guarantee."

Also, I would not believe many of the testimonials. It is common to ask friends or associates for them, and they deceive prospects on calls.

"This review references a discontinued coaching offer from over 16 months ago (RSC)."
Yet somehow, I was also onboarded 16 months ago, which means that statement is a lie.

"Which was run by multiple people and is no longer part of our business."
The same people who ran it then are running it today—the same people who give each other references and testimonials. You can even find them here on the Trustpilot page.

"Was on a heavily split-pay plan—so the claim that we 'charged as much upfront as possible' is simply false."
Well, your closer at the time, Sebastian, only cared about getting money. If a prospect was ready to put down, say, $750, you would charge them $750. But what do I know? Just look at the other one-star reviews—the same situation there.

"He received support for several months but failed to follow through on the program in any meaningful way."
I received support for less than a month before I gave up due to how bad the program was and the "specialists"

"Rather than communicate, he bypassed the process entirely and filed a chargeback—which is how the refund was ultimately processed. That part, of course, was conveniently left out."
You can't file a chargeback without prior communication. I think you guys should know that after dealing with $33,000 worth of disputes.

"As for the testimonials—every single one is real and verifiable."
My favorite one is Omar M's review on this page. He’s a coach who worked for RSC, yet he gave you five stars and seems like a legitimate customer. This guy is supposedly a specialist they’re referring to. Nothing wrong with Omar, but he’s a realtor in California—not a coach or agency owner.

If needed, I can provide the exact opinions of the other two members of the program. You may dissociate from RSC, yet you still use it as a case study on your page.

The most comprehensive end to end system I've ever seen for agencies. They have stuff for beginners and for veterans. I made my investment back within a month from how great they are. They refine your entire agency, set you up with a winning offer, show you how to fulfill on the offer, and then their team members run ads and cold email worth thousands a month all done-for-you.

Honestly I've gone through a couple of coaching programs. For me this program was the natural next time in my career. I found myself semi successful in the digital agency / lead generation model, nothing consistent though. When I found this course and how they have a done-for-you model for running your email and ad campaigns + coaching, I knew this was for me. A lot of times traditional coaching means someone will say shit to you and doesn't execute and that's what I wanted to stay away from. The guys in here all run their own agencies and created this to help others out. My feelings were initially mixed.

I didn’t know what to say about the entire thing upon joining because there were mixed responses in the community. I've also spoken to the Martin guy on Twitter.

So midway, I lost confidence and concluded I made the wrong decision…

However, here's the thing:

1. I recommend, if you are to join their program, take your expectations out of it. Don't play the game of (contract says x=y literally, because that's actually how you will get burnt, if your primary focus is on that - since you no longer focus on yourself)

Instead, actually take time to focus on yourself and I think you’ll find the experience way more fun rather than feeling like a slave or a robot. At the end, 100% of decisions between the direction and what happens to your company, is all up to you and everyone’s agency is different.

2. Think of them as consultants. Whether you decide to follow their advice or not, they are honestly genuine people, they want to help, based on my experience which conflicted with what everything everyone else was saying.

3. Any previous issues with the company have been dealt with. Previous staff members that did not align with Catalyst's values were also taken care of (from my experience).

So I’m leaving 5 stars because I realised based on “my personal experience” the people running Catalyst are not the “bad” people as what others put them out to be. Because whether you like it or not, they've gone through the entire business cycle and because of that reason, their intentions are only to make their service better everyday. You are genuinely taken care of. And they are actually abundant and stick to their word.

My perception has changed and I'm so grateful to meet people who are not in this thing for the coin for once.

I can’t say enough but this really is one of the best growth consultancies to partner up with. I teamed up with a company to establish a system for running cold email campaigns. They reached out to me, sparking my curiosity about their process.

We arranged a call.

During the second call, we sealed the deal and became partners. The agreement was that I would earn $25k in 90 days or get my money back.

I made an initial payment of $2500.

I was excited and had a good feeling about it. I was eager to make things happen and learn along the way.

However, things did not go as expected...

- Firstly, I had to explain what I do to three different people. They were not well organized.

- Then, each call felt like a sales pitch, filled with excitement and constant references to past successes with other clients.

- They changed my advisor after a few days.

I found myself having to explain my work all over again.

This new advisor focused solely on motivation and completely overlooked the importance of listening.

It took over a week to schedule a call with him. Despite mentioning my availability three times, he never seemed to pay attention to it.

The initial advisor suggested tools that another team member later advised against, recommending different tools instead.

This resulted in me spending over $500.

When I raised this issue with them, they failed to offer any apologies or compensation for their error.

These instances are just a glimpse of the overall unpleasant experience.
I was frustrated, anxious, and worried about my investment.

After 23 days and spending over $3000, I found myself with nothing but the worst possible experience.

It was clear that I needed to end this partnership.

Stressed and yearning for peace of mind, I knew it was time to move on.

I wrote an email detailing everything that has happened since the partnership began.

It turned out to be the longest email I've ever written. I wanted them to see and understand my point of view.

After providing a thorough explanation with screenshots from the Slack channel, I proposed what I believed to be a fair solution:

My proposal was clear:
They refund the money, we shake hands, and move on without any negative reviews or comments.

The next day, I had a call with a team member.

They apologized and offered to postpone the next payment, assisting me in reaching the goal of earning $25k within 2 months.

I had absolutely no interest in continuing to work with these people.

Prior to the call, I had already made up my mind to terminate the partnership as I prioritized getting back my peace of mind.

That was my priority. Even if it means losing the money.

I declined the offer and requested a refund.

BUT...

They refused to provide a refund citing their “company policies” 💩

Despite my polite insistence, we concluded the call.

We cancelled the contract and I lost over $3000 for nothing.

We always learn something from our experiences.

I will be much more cautious next time.

I want to warn you to be careful with this company.

Learn from my mistake and avoid these scammers and thieves.

I felt stressed out, and lost time and money, BUT...

I can sleep well at night knowing I would never implement policies in my own company to take advantage of a partner or client.

I asked for a full refund after the best service I've received ever and you say NO due to what you called "company policies" and only offered to continue "working together" and extend the 90 days. Funny that you said you're not the same company, and then said you offered me a refund, both are lies. I have EVERYTHING (screenshots, chats, emails, and even the call recorded) that proves your company is unprofessional, unreliable, lacks any business/relationship ethics, and is a total scam.

I'm not doing this for marketing. I'm doing this because I KNOW other people who had the same experience, and I stand for my values, so other people should know about this to avoid the anxiety and stress this caused me. People deserve the true about companies and people who just want to take advantage of other people trying to grow.
