Materials look great and quality seems good. Unfortunately it simply wouldn’t fit my face without leaking, nor my wife’s, nor my brother in Law’s. So, not safe enough to use for us in this pandemic, particularly with me working in the hospital. Too bad. I understand why returns aren’t possible during a pandemic, but a little bummed to spend the money on a product that we’re unable to use.

The mask is uncomfortable and the responsiveness from the company is very subpar.

service was below par. Paid extra for 2-day delivery, but instead got several day delivery which was postponed twice before actually arriving. Appears not to contain additional filters, though promised.

Does not fit my face properly. Uncomfortable to wear. Rubber strap rips my hair out.

This is a good quality mask. Fits me but does not fit my wife. the mask needs to be slightly larger for adults. With smiling, the seal breaks. When face is at rest, wears well. Filter is easy to exchange.
Colors are goods.
Strap replacements are very expensive. For price of mask, should come with both ear loops and behind head strap.
I recommend, but far from perfect.

I cannot use the mask because it does not properly seal around my nose. It lets air through in both directions as I breathe in and out. I tried to make it fit better but the problem remains. Further, if I force it to seal by using my fingers to close the space around the bridge of my nose, I find it difficult to breathe. The filter is small in area and offers too much resistance to breathing through it.
The mask is otherwise well constructed and could work for anyone whose it nose bridge allows a proper seal.
Since I cannot return the mask, I am losing the price of the mask, about 35 dollars.

Easy to order, good communication updates

I am a dentist and have to wear an n95 for work. I struggled to find one that would seal well so my glasses wouldn't fog up and it seemed like every n95 I tried would ride up into my lower eyelids. I would find myself opening my mouth and protruding my jaw just so I could see. Talk about TMJ pain at the end of the day!

I LOVE the new ear loops straps with the masks. I have surgical caps with buttons and the fit is perfect. Also, I am SO unbelievably impressed with the customer service at CG. I now own 3 masks in different colors and had an issue with the filter cover snapping tightly on one of them. They quickly fixed my problem. Thank you Castle Grade for keeping me safe!

The mask is too small and does not fit comfortably. My friends even say it looks small Good idea but execution comes up short.

I wear the mask everyday when I jog. It accumulates water vapor inside, which I find annoying. Also my nose drips while I wear it and have to remove the mask mid jog to blow my nose. It’s comfortable and probably effective but I am not thrilled with it.

I think the concept and construction of the product is great. Unfortunately, for me, the mask is way too small and doesn't fit well. This also makes it not seal well. If you have any qualms about getting this mask because you think it may be small, don't purchase. Understandably, no returns are allowed, but I am going to have to find a friend who this will work for.

The mask is terrible. Way to tight and it is near impossible to breath,-0. I want a refund please.

I want to give this product a fair review but the truth is I couldn't even use it. The size of the mask was just to small to be usable. I thought that got the wrong size when I received it. In addition, the strap provided was much too tight/small. I hope Castlegrade reads these reviews and makes the necessary changes.

I love my masks from Castlegrade. It’s the safest I’ve ever felt in a mask, specially around so many people that choose to wear one incorrectly or not at all. It’s light, it’s comfortable, it’s washable, and it’s interchangeable with other colored ear straps. What’s not to love!

The filter has little holes in it, which makes the mask almost useless and also dangerous.
The mask doesn’t pass the candle test. I can’t blow out the candle but I sure can move the flame around wearing this mask. My triple layer cotton masks are better.

Mask does not fit even though I got the largest size. No one has returned my calls or emails.

Great concept, A- for effort. However, my first trip into Costco the mask was literally sliding off of my face after 30-45 minutes due to moisture buildup inside the mask which accumulated in a “pool” at the bottom of the mask. I ordered the M/L so I’m not sure what else could’ve been done.

The strap, extended to the longest, was still too short. This made the mask un-wearable. I bought the largest size, and my head is not unusually large. Another half-inch of rubber on the strap would have been a good investment, and made the mask usable. The mask fit pretty well on my face, but is not usable without around the head or behind the ear straps. Disappointing because the concept is good.
