I'm really saddened. I bought the mask for my mom, she loves her mask and has been getting lots of questions about it. I went ahead and ordered two more for myself and a pack of 50 filters so that my mom can forward them to me in France. The masks arrived but the filters were missing. I have not received any communication or response to my emails at Castle Grade customer service regarding when I will receive the replacement filters. It's pretty common practice to keep customers informed of delays in shipping etc, but you seem to think it is rude for customer to request info on items they have paid for but not received. Please respond to my emails with information regarding the shipping or refund me for the items I have paid for and not received. #CG19229 ( One filter pack of 5 Missing) $11.25

Very disappointed in Castle Grade Company. I reached out about getting an face strap since the email stated they are included with the head strap for all masks ( had proof). The person I chatted with was really rude and didn’t seem very helpful kept ignoring my question pretty much .They explained that it not with it because I paid a great price which didn’t make sense to me. I even contacted the CEO Dan Castle and I didn’t get an response from him either. I wouldn’t purchase an mask from the company ever again. I should of looked away after I saw they didn’t have an 1800 number for the first start.**** Updated 2/28/2021 an guy contacted me from company and sent out the ear strap for free. He was nice and helpful my husband happy . I updated my review to 3 stars took time to get my issue resolved.

Responsive customer service. I feel safe wearing this mask, and like not adding to landfills. No more fogging glasses, comfortable and easy to clean.

Castlegrade is the best mask company I’ve found! Everyone is so courteous and solved my problems quickly.

I ordered my masks on January 23, 2021 and as of today, February 2nd , I have received nothing. I made an error on my order and notified them immediately, right after I sent my order, and no one has gotten back to me yet they have processed my credit card. With no one to talk to, there is no help with problems. I am very disappointed.

While wearing a mask of any kind is never ideal, I highly recommend the Castlegrade mask if you're in the market for an N95. It's the only mask I wear at work as a healthcare professional. First, it's reusable and eco friendly and rather than only 8 to 10 hours of wear before having to throw the entire mask away, like the typical N95/KN95's, each filter is good for 32 hours of wear or an entire week, whichever comes first. Second, the light weight silicone makes it more comfortable and easier to fit. The ear straps are unbeatable. While my co workers complain about their ears bothering them from the straps of their masks, I don't even feel Castlegrade's ear straps. It comes in different colors ( I have three ) and two different sizes...I wear the G8 for my smaller face, but the G9 is what many adults wear. Finally, the dual purpose activated charcoal filter is my filter of choice.

I'm super happy with my CastleGrade mask. It gives me a perfect seal unlike all the paper KN95 masks I have tried so my glasses never fog up. Customer service was extremely kind and helpful to me. I'll definitely be ordering more filters for it.

Order product 2 months ago and still haven’t received it, been emailing support with no response at all? Clearly fraud. Feeling hopeless out $100+ now and pregnant. Don’t buy from them!!

The mask is pretty small. I'm 5'-11" and 170 lbs, so not large or overweight, using the medium to large mask. It's difficult to get an air tight seal, and even when that is possible it's easily broken. My 3M respirator has no issues like that and also has a silicon face plate. Major difference there is more space between your face and the filter. Castle Grade should look at that design and see what can be improved in theirs.

Average sized guys are probably going to have an issue with the fit. Might help if you have a small nose. Even smaller guys should probably get the medium to large size.

I would buy an extra large version if it comes out due to the high build quality.

I absolutely love my castle grade mask. Here’s why:

1. It’s an N95. That means you get the best protection the market! In times like these it’s important you can be protected especially indoors with people outside your house hold.

2. It’s reusable!! Our planet is suffering, and all of these disposable and cloth masks do not just decompose in our landfills!

3. It’s comfortable! It takes time getting used to due to it being silicone, but it seals nice especially after a few days of working with it! I am able to wear my work glasses and a face shield without fogging up so bad that I can’t perform my job like I do with a traditional n95 mask!

4. It’s easily washable, and can be disinfected on the go or at home after a long day! Dishwasher, alcohol or a quick dip in boiling water (every quick - 3 seconds)

I was considering buying this mask but it's ridiculously expensive and shipping charges are excessively high. There's no way to know how it will fit and it is not returnable. But the factor that ultimately made up my mind was reading the company's responses to the reviews on here. They are so incredibly rude and condescending in every single response, I can't imagine giving my business to such a mean bunch of jerks who obviously never heard of customer service.

I love my Castle Grade mask so much that I bought one for everyone in my family. I feel so much more secure knowing that we're all so protected. LOVE how easily it cleans and it just feels good on my face. Thank you Castle Grade!!

I don’t know how and why they don’t have 5 Stars from every review because I wish I could give them 10! This mask is so absolutely fantastic. It’s a reusable N95 which is great for the environment and slowing down the spread of COVID. The fit is perfect and seals so well to not let air escape out. I purchased several of these for my extended family members. If you watch their how to video and adjust your mask properly on your nose bridge you get this incredible seal that doesn’t let air in or out. I honestly feel so safe wearing my Castle Grade mask and my parents who are in their 70’s were thrilled once I showed them how via FaceTime. They were impressed with the quality and how well they could breathe through it. Not muffled conversations either. I will continue recommending this mask to everyone I know. I can’t wait to order other color ways for myself. Thank you Castle Grade for peace of mind.
