I ve used castle bell for a number of years and they have always been swift in sending out my orders, the beautiful glass they stock has been a hit with all my family, I won't go anywhere else for birthday/Christmas gifts, I also love the little hand written note in the box which makes you feel valued as a customer.

Gave 5 stars and love it, however I have to say for me the medium size ones I've already purchased are more for me. Maybe more delicate, but as I say that's just my opinion.

Its easy to sit back, say nothing, keep your fingers crossed the customer doesn't notice or let the customer have the trouble of returning goods. But we are not about that life. It isn't always a mistake but more often than not it is - so we do the right thing, make the call, sort it out and give a refund the same day where ever possible. Lovely item
Lovely item. A bee crystal sun catcher for a friend who's retiring. Delivered promptly in a nice presentation box and a silver jiffy bag. Very pleased with the service. Would definately use this company again.

Thanks for your feedback Phillip. Can I firstly say that if you are unhappy in anyway we will always exchange or refund any item for any or no reason - no quibbles here. We do try to get across the sizes of these items. The size is in the item description. We also put a photograph of the 3 different sizes together against a hand so the size can also be visualised. I’m not sure what else we can do. They generally arn’t large items. I do like the idea of a longer chain and this is something I will pass onto the makers.

brilliant company
I purchased a butterfly window jewel for a little boy who just lost his mummy and she loved butterflies. I told him everytime the sun or light shined though it it would sparkle every where just like his mum. It's lovely well made and arrived super fast .
