After BREXIT and then Covid-19 selling our house was a daunting prospect. Duncan Cohen took the reigns and from Day 1 reassured us with his positive attitude and out and out professionalism. Used C&T for sale of a flat. The process was straightforward and completed within a reasonable time frame despite problems with the leasehold.

We have been so pleased with the service of Cassidy and Tate, they produced a terrific brochure and portfolio of pictures to get our property on the market. This was followed up by a very personal service by our assigned agent, in this instance Ricky Veale. Ricky kept us in touch with all enquiries and put the time and effort in to ensure multiple viewings despite the difficult circumstances with the Coronavirus pandemic.
