Our purchase was really complicated, and Duncan was available at every stage to provide me with the options, engage the vendors and negotiate on our behalf where needed. He was always honest and kept us up to date with everything, all the time. This made what was essentially a really stressful period for me, super smooth. Totally recommend this team.
