Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with. After providing every document they requested, I’ve been stuck going back and forth with the same repetitive emails. It’s been over two weeks and still no clear answer or progress. Extremely frustrating, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Waste of time don't bother I'm nearly 60 on disability and in government housing I get over 1100 a fortnight can well afford it they didn't even ring me or ask if I missed something in my application or there's something wrong somewhere else I need 500 only for dental work I'm in pain they don't care no customer service whatsoever

I think P2P lenders are the way to go. One company only charges a flat 5% fee and they are much, MUCH cheaper than traditional payday lenders. Cash Train only got 2 stars for a reason!!!!

Honestly don't understand the reviews here as I've used these guys half a dozen times and each time they have helped me immensely.

What a waste of 3 day uploaded bank statements 7 to 8 times received over 35 email in the space of 3 days. Each time I have called them they tell me they have everything then send and email asking for more I gave sent them every again and again. Even in the phone they lady said they had everything. They are rude and unturpt they can bearly understand English. I haven't had a loan since I was 19 I'm now 35 never had defaults nothing to go through this much if a f around is an absolute joke.

Took 3 days just be told I'm not eligible to borrow $250, I wouldn't waste my time with cash train ever again. Much better lenders out there then cash train, what a joke 3 days to be told no
Don’t waste your time
I applied on 19/12, didn’t receive any emails until 24/12. On 24/12 I got about 7 requests for documentation and information which I provided all of it. Account said application was being reviewed. Then got an email on 26/12 saying that my application had expired. Replied to that email asking why it had expired when I had provided all the information and it said my application was under review. It is now 30/12 and they have not even bothered to reply to me. Absolute waste of time and asked for a heap of personal information and then just ignored me. Will be lodging a complaint with AFCA

They are horrible ppl to deal with. My credit score is very good but third and last time I tried applying with cash train. Rude and arrogant people to deal with.

Extremely slow response, I had to chase them up to get an answer on why 48 hours later I still hadn't received any correspondence, only when I contacted them about why they were so slow was I then given a response of no, makes me wonder what they were doing with my private information in that 48 hours of no response, be extremely careful as this company appears to be scam affiliates.

I applied for a loan and they declined. They said I don't have 6 months statements of income. Then I waited two months to complete 6 months and applied again. Guess what they declined again. They can't say why because it's company policy. I don't recommend them at all.

Approved my $1000 loan but had many issues throughout in which there communication is shocking dont expect a response as they won't email back and if you call they can barely speak English and are of no help... appreciate the approval but I just finished paying it back and definatly won't be using them again stay away!

I don't know about the rest of you esp those putting 1-2 Stars and all that. my experience with Cash Train was excellent. Remember like any short loan agents, you have to get your credit rating right. I had a couple of defaults in my file but I still got the short term loan that I was after. Remember its not a free money scheme! I read some comments elsewhere from folks complaining of Cash Train asking many questions. well if what you provided is too good to be true, and doesn't add up. what do you expect?
I had a very good experience with CT especially with the one in Goodna (QLD). give them a call if you have issues. you will talk to a real human (not robot/AI) within 5 mins maximum.

Absolutely a waste of time always asking for more information which they already have. If they going to have several people doing one application then those several people need to read everything before asking for information given 3 times already. Absolutely discusting customer service.
