The staff have always been kind, helpful and considerate. Any questions I've had, they answered in a timely manner with further help when needed - it was like a normal chat and not like they were reading from a script with limited answers or repeated answers

The representative who initially helped me was very professional and was able to get the help I need. At the store, the lady was also very helpful and answered all my questions as needed. She explained thoroughly the contract and was expected and had no concerns. Cash money as really helped me when no one else did, I 100% recommended them.

Went to pay off some additional of my loan online and it wouldn’t let me because a payment hasn’t been processed. Checked the Google maps to see if the nearest storefront was open and it said they’re open until 5, went there and they were closed. Extremely disappointed as it stands with cash money due to the extremely high interest rates (only paid off less than $200 in 5 months) and then this. I keep telling people to never get a loan through this. If you need money, go through a bank. If you have to use these guys, don’t pay them back more than you take out.
