The facts are:
I sent 25 game disks to CASHBEE on the 13th December. According to their website payment was going to take 2 weeks. well we are know on the 22nd of January 2012 and no payment. I have emailed them and have been fobbed off with the following email "Thank you for contacting Cashbee. Due to the huge popularity of Cashbee we are currently taking longer that expected to answer emails. Your email will be answered in strict rotation.". I will gladly post a another review if they do contact me. but for know BE AWARE rother go to one on the store that bye games and get the cash. I quess the old saying if it sounds to good to be true then it must not be true.

I am probably a victim of this company's fraud. I sent 26 DVDs before Christmas and have not received a penny. There was no email confirmation. I am havingPlease do not use this company. I have used Musicmagpie on two occasions. They are a very efficient company. I received confirmation of receipt and confirmation of cheque in the post. Cheques received within the 2week period.

Shame they don't leave you rate with 0 stars or a minus. Like nearly everyone else on here, sent my sons dvds, cds etc. at the begining of December, after 6 weeks still have not received my payment. Did manage to get one email promising money by the end of the week, but still nothing, not even answering my email now. Wish I'd found this site with all these reviews before I sent my stuff off, would have rather given them to the charity shop then be ripped off

I had tried to find reviews on Cashbee, but for some reason this site wasn't brought back with reviews. If I had I would have sent all my stuff to Music Magpie. Fortunately I didn't send all the cds/dvds I wanted to sell and sent some to Music Magpie too - who were brilliant. Know they had a backlog on processing the parcel, but still haven't received anything. Wouldn't use them again. Also noted site isn't secure, had to opt for cheque payment (even though it was at my expense), wasn't about to send my bank details through to an unsecure site

fair price fair service .... i would use them again

Sent my parcel off worth over £60 over 8 weeks ago.
Still awaiting response from 3 emails.
Disgusting service.
Some of us have to struggle along with what money we can earn while others obviously such as those at cashbee don't give a damn.
Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Sent off my package 5 weeks ago and still no payment. They will not respond to my frequent emails. They owe me £39 and there is no sign of it coming. I should have tried my luck with Ebay.
I would be happy to up my rating if I were to get paid. Cashbee I know you see the review so please take note.

terrible company i sent 2 packages on 15th dec by courier and recieved a txt msg saying they had recieved them monday 19th dec and i would recieve my fast track paymeny by wed 21st but no payment yet.i have emailed them 3times but had no reply.they are con people who take advantage of peolpe struggling to get a bit of extra cash(esp for my kids xmas).thiefs thiefs thiefs!!!!!

I sent off 2 parcels to them 2 months ago. They have only acknowledged receipt of one package, and I have emailed and written to them many times about what has happened to the other packaged. I have never had any reply from them. I have not had payment for the parcel they have received, even though I should have been paid on this 6 weeks ago.

Trading Standards are aware of this company and I am now persuing a legal claim in the hopes that no one else will have the misfortune of dealing with these thieves.

The amount of my 2 parcels combined is under £20 so no doubt I will end up out of pocket by the end of this, but I refuse to let them get away with it. I recycled my CDs to raise money for my local pony sanctuary who are struggling with winter feed bills - not to line the pockets of some greedy lazy thieves!!!

Don't use this company they will rip you off. I sent my package at the beginning of November and I have still not received the money. I've tried to contact them by email and have had no response. Be warned DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL NOT PAY UP!

I should have learnt me lesson when I sent these guys a previous box of films but I didn't and they haven't improved. I swear they rely on people forgetting they've sent the stuff and make a lot of their money that way. In my experience of this organisation they only pay you when you've sent a threatening email. I sent them stuff over 6 weeks ago and received no payment, I've said I'll take them to the clearners with anyone wishing to listen if they have the audacity to take money of me via their fast pay system now. Goto Music Magpie instead if you can, I would have done but they sadly don't accept HD DVD films which is what I needed to sell otherwise I wouldn't have touched these jokers with a barge pole again.

After reading reviews I was uncertain whether to use Cashbee or not! I can honestly say they are excellent. Courier picked up my packages of DVD`s on Monday at lunchtime and 24hours later my money was in the bank. Will definately recommend and will use again. Thanks Cashbee!!

Sent the items in good faith at the beginning of November. To date, not a penny or any contact. I've e-mailed them several times. What upsets me more than anything is that I only sent the cd's and dvd's because I am so short of money and needed the extra for Christmas. They are all items that I'd have kept for ever and wouldn't have sent except for that. PLEASE don't send anything to them and end up in my situation

i got a fare deal on all my old dvds and got the money nice and fast =) i will be using them again and have recomended them to all my friends xxx plus it is easy to send them all off as they have a courier service if i could give them 6 stars i would x

The amount they are meant to send you, they dont send it. i sent alot of CDs to them totalling £83 and they send me only £57, robbing me off £26. The CDs and games were in good working condition, i chose them over music magpie and now regret it.....if they dont pay you what they owe you when you make the online trade, then to be honest they not worth sending your items too

CON COMPANY: PLEASE STAY AWAY IF IT'S NOT TOO LATE FOR YOU!

People like this are scum. I just hope people reading these reviews will think again before using them!!!

Created a trade mid November, arranged a courier to collect next day, three days later received full payment. Very Happy, will be using again !!!

£70+ worth of CD's & DVD's sent off nearly 4 weeks ago and the status of the trade hasn't changed since they received it. Chased many times with emails and had one response promising payment this week but still nothing. Seems like a complete rip off. I hope they prove me wrong but I think I am £70 down with no chance of getting the goods back. No other way to contact them as there are no phone numbers listed on their site and their realtime support system is always offline no matter what time of day you try.
