The support team have been excellent, very fast to respond on the live chat & emails. Long story short I ordered the wrong thing and they managed to change it for me, the products are very good and I will definitely buy more from them 😊
I ordered the 10mm iced cuban along with the standard 10mm silver cuban the quality is excellent, they feel very sturdy and look exactly like the pictures. I will definitely order from Casainte again

Complete scam artists, I placed an order on the 18/05/2025, I have made several attempts to contact their customer service and their “live” chat which never connects to a live agent, in order to resolve the issue, I have received absolutely no communication in regards to my order or request for cancellation and refund. The order status has been “preparing shipment” for 4 weeks now. Absolute disgrace. Still have not received a refund or the order.
Ordered a chain costing £2,250 over a month ago, never received it and they are now trying to challenge my charge back on my card, do NOT use this company they are horrendous thieves.

I ordered watches and Cuban necklace set. The quality of everything is fantastic and they look stunning. The watch was tight on my wrist as soon as I messaged today and was told they would send me some extra links. Excellent service and communication and help with any questions or concerns very happy.
Scam company. Took my money, took a month to come where it said 2 working days tracked delivery, it wasn’t tracked also. Tried contacting them many time and was told it was coming. When it finally arrived the parcel was empty so I never got my chain, I’ve tried contacting them many times to get a refund and they’re absolutely no help, don’t use this company
I’ve been buying my pieces from him. My brothers wears his and spray cologne and the colour did not change. I’m wearing the 2mm now and the colour is so strong I shower and do everything in it and it still the same colour. I love ordering from him
Been buying from the brand for over a year now have 4 watches over 5 pendants and a variety of different chains. Not once had any issues with the seller or the products. I wear my chain everyday as well as my watch to work and they still look as good as new. Honestly my favourite jewellery brand out there I highly recommend. The communication with the seller is also amazing with his live TikTok’s weekly and chats off the lives of any support is required about shipments or products.
Do not buy from them conned me took my money aven though I sent it back and now disappeared from tiktok.

This is clearly stated on both TikTok Shop and our website.
However, we noticed you left your review just two days after returning the item. I’d like to clarify that your refund was successfully processed after 7 days, which is within the standard timeframe.
