Excellent Service
HP Printer stopped printing yellow on Thursday morning . Identified problem and found Cartridge King who sold genuine HP print heads. Order was easily made and quickly confirmed. Product was delivered Friday lunchtime with tracking provided. Print head installed and aligned in five minutes. Excellent service absolutely no nasty surprises.

The cartridges were delivered promptly. However, I bought a double pack (black & colour), but only 1 x XL toner (colour) was received. I was expecting to receive 2 x XL toners.

We would like to clarify that your order was for a Photo Value Pack containing the 540L (black) and 541XL (colour) ink cartridges. These are ink cartridges, not toners, and the pack includes one high-capacity black (540L) and one high-capacity colour (541XL) cartridge, as clearly stated in the product title and description which specifies what is included. Customers are given multiple opportunities to review their order before completing the purchase.
