Thieves with terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, their product is buggy and doesn't work well. They took days to respond to me, and I missed the canceling the auto renew by one day and they refused to refund $500. They said they were within their rights per to Policy and they were keeping my money, even though I don't want it or use it. Really crazy how they treat customers today, they must need to money bad. Stay away...

Locked in Stripe account and no support
We use the Stripe plugin for WooCommerce made by CartFlows, and they linked their account to ours in such a way that it's not possible to unlink. Their support team has told us months ago that it has been passed onto their developers, but we haven't heard back. We have been following every few days, and no progress has been made. Given their "lock in" of our Stripe account (which Stripe cannot remove), and their awful support speeds, I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this provider. If someone at Cartflows sees this, ticket ID: 1066636

After reviewing this, we found that your original ticket was unfortunately tucked away in our support system, which explains the lack of updates for some time. The delay was on our side.
Once the ticket was properly surfaced, we worked with you directly and were able to resolve the Stripe account linking issue. We have also raised this internally so similar cases do not get overlooked in the future.

Excellent Funnel Builder with amazing support.
I've been using CartFlows for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it. It's hands down one of the best funnel builders available for WordPress. It's easy to use, flexible, it has everything we need in a funnel builder.
Recently, I discovered its integration with the Facebook Pixel, which is surprisingly simple to set up. However, I noticed that my ad conversions weren't tracking the purchase value correctly. I reached out to CartFlows support, and after a few back-and-forth emails, their team identified the issue and resolved it in a timely manner.
Huge thanks to the support team for their responsiveness and expertise. Great plugin, great support, I highly recommend it!
