I've bought multiple seats from Car Seat Ninja over the last 3 years. These were initial seats, then replacement seats after an accident, and, most recently, an infant carrier for a new addition to our family. Natalie is so helpful with advice about seating options and fitting advice as part of the aftercare service. Shipping is quick. I've even been upgraded to a more expensive seat colour (free of charge) after my chosen course was unavailable. Can't fault the customer service. I will continue to use Car Seat Ninja for all of my future car seat needs!

Cannot recommend Natalie enough, I contacted her a year ago for advice as I was unhappy with my twins fit in their infant carriers I purchased elsewhere before they were born. Natalie was very informative and helped me purchase new ones. Fast forward a year and I wanted to purchase ERF seats, natalie visited me showed me all the different options, advised me of the pros and cons and again helped me make a decision that was best for us. The representative was happy to do a price match when we found the product we wanted at a lower price and they delivered the product and installed for us showing us step by step the installation process of the car seat. Natalie is super knowledgable was really helpful with choosing a car seat for my 1 year old! She came to the house to let us try some seats out before making a decision on what we wanted. We chose the axkid movekid for mine and my MIL car and britax romer max safe pro for my mums as we wanted ERF seats that are going to last! Couldn’t be happier with the seats and service and love that we were able to deliver the seats to her for her to then come and fit into the cars for us showing us how they fit & fit checking my daughter in the seat.
At first we had a lot of head flopping in the axkid where it’s more upright than the infant carrier and I messaged Natalie who reassured me after a few weeks she would adjust which she has! I will recommend the car seat ninja to anyone needing car seats as the prices and service are really good!

Great experience from start to finish. The lady who helped us decide on a car seat for grandparents car. She has great expertise & knowledge. We went with the Axkid mini kid 2.
