We were given a warm welcome and thorough explanation of what seats would suit our child. The showroom is bright, clean and easy to find. We have used Car Seat Ninja previously and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Brilliant service. Bought our BeSafe Stretch and our Axkid Mini Kid 4 from Car Seat Ninja. Had some installation questions after we took the seats out and then reinstalled. Natalie was really kind and came back to us swiftly - even out of hours which we really appreciated as we don’t have any other seats to rely on and were worried about getting it wrong. Will definitely keep coming back as the kids grow :)

The chat function on the website was brilliant, they were able to confirm if they had my choice of seat and case in stock and confirmed when it would be dispatched and delivered which was at my house in less than 48 hours after my first enquiry! Amazing service out of hours and even gave me a discount code as I wanted 2 car seats! Super happy and would not hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend!

Fantastic service, very easy to book and responded quick to query, helped us choose 2 extended rear facing car seats, helping us see the fit and the features they offer, very patient with no rush or pressure to decide, helped install in to cars and made sure the fit was correct, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car seat

Blown away with the customer service. I needed to buy two new car seats for my 3 year old twins. I enquired via the webchat about an isofix base not really expecting a response as this was during the christmas holidays. Not only did i receive a swift response the seller enquired about the height weight of my children was able to recommend a better car seat for the same price that would last my children longer than the one i was originally looking at. The seats were delivered within 3 days with dpd. This was to northern ireland where some English businesses do not deliver to. The seats are beautiful, i installed them myself. They are so comfortable looking and the kids love them. The seats are excellent but the customer service is what sets this business apart from other sellers. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this enough! We had been given the details for this via SCBU after having a premature baby and thank god they did.

Have used this lady three times now, once when purchasing and installing my car seat then twice when buying accessories for the car seat. The level of customer service you receive is amazing. Before purchasing the car seat I message with a few questions and she got back to me incredibly quickly, the day of installation went incredibly smoothly she was very knowledgeable. I was given lots of advice and information. The lady is very lovely and welcoming. Following the purchase of the car seat I have order two accessories (cooling pads and seat protector) both have been sent quickly and arrived next day despite it saying it would take 3-5 days. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with this lady and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car seat.
