Bought a VW in September 2025. (2020, 55000 miles)The car now needs a new gearbox and various other malfunctionsfixed. Didn't worry too much as I had purchased the Warranty Carsa offered from Customer Protect for £850 covering all electrical and mechanical problems. Two weeks on and we are still waiting for Customer Protect to allow the dealer to start work. Apparently because it will be more than £4,000 to put right, it is causing a problem. Please do not waste almost £1,000 on this Warranty, it is not worth the hassle and worry. Seek an alternative yourself. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Avoid! Complete waste of time.
I booked a test drive three days in advance, paid the reservation fee, and drove 1.5 hours to see the car. The day before my appointment, I even received a message confirming that the car was waiting for me.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car had been scheduled to be moved to Gloucester later that day and was no longer available to view. Instead, they offered me a different, "similar" car.
I asked if I could wait until later to see the car that I had specifically reserved, but they said no because nobody would be able today to bring it to Gloucester. The explanation kept changing and didn't make sense. It honestly felt very unprofessional and dishonest.
I'm left wondering whether the car was ever available in the first place or if the attractive online advert was simply there to bring customers into the dealership.
A very disappointing experience, a long journey completely wasted, and I would not recommend this company.

Nice car
Nice car, disappointed about admin fees being thrown at us 495,00! And no 12 month warranty, only on some vehicle’s apparently. Amy was brilliant and other team members seam abit slap dash, eating in front of customers not professional. Very busy garage and had to wait for DVLA form despite knowing we were coming to collect the car.

I could never have bought a car here without my son being able to PAY ON HIS PHONE WITH ON LINE BANKING. This was not explained to us that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARD OR CASH OR BANK TRANSFER. What a great experience… very welcoming from the start no hard sell.
Went through everything and even tried different creditor’s to get the best rates.
Would recommend this place over main dealers which I have used in the past.

Worst ever car dealership in the entire UK. Reserved a MG ZS EV, took the train to view and rest drive and dealt with Alex. Test drove ok and identified that the car needed wheel alignment. Initially pressured to take the car to a Kwikfit workshop in my city and send Carsa the invoice but I refused and we agreed they'd get the wheel alignment sorted and I'd return in 2 days to purchase. Repeated phone calls to confirm whether the wheel alignment had been done were ignored until 3 days later when the lady I spoke to informed me the car had been sold and tried to get me to look at different ones. Judging by the timing , it looks like it was sold without the wheel alignment being done. Good luck to the buyer. Got no explanation as to why a car I'd paid a reservation fee for and had agreed I'd be purchasing in 2 days had been sold without me being informed. I was promised a call from the branch manager but never happened. Eventually got my reservation fee back but not my wasted time, train fees and effort. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this lot.

Talk is cheap !!!!!
Booked a viewing today Friday, traveled 130 miles to arrive on time, to be shown a car that was filthy and actually smelt.
They only had 6 days to prepare this car to the std they promote, Talk is cheap!!!!
I still can’t quite believe how badly we were dealt with, still we were promised our reservation fee back asap at least twice,
