This is exactly what will happen. You'll buy something from them and they'll take your money but they won't deliver your product, then when you reach out to them they will get back to you with some very generic AI generated response (similar to what they are about to respond with below). I don't think the company has 1 single human customer service person. That's the reason they don't have numbers you can call, just text on WhatsApp and Email. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, use them to buy gift cards. Biggest scammers in the industry I promise you.

So, it’s been a whole month since I was sent an already used $50 Amazon code and up till today, I still haven't received any feedback from Carry1st, despite sending evidence of the already used code and error messages from Amazon. I even called the South African number on their website and a man answered and said I had called a wrong number. Can you imagine? Even their contact information is fake! So, in essence, you can’t reach them. And all their responses are automated, telling you to “exercise patience” and “wait for feedback”. All stalling tactics, to frustrate you till you give up. They have to be stopped. They are scammers disguised as authentic gift card dealers. Be warned and spread the word!!!

I play Mergedom and they scam players and their support button doesn’t work to try and get help . I purchased “ no ads “ and just like that they are showing ads again . I paid for a month and it’s not even two weeks . Impossible to get any support or customer service. Terrible experience

Scam scam. Once they receive your money they will start ignoring you and will be saying same thing over and over. I wanted to buy a card. Right after my payment was confirmed that started telling me they have issues with getting me the google play card. I asked them to refund me and till now they kept on saying they are getting into it. They told me refund will take 5-7 days working days and in another mail they said 7-10 working days. Imagine using all your money to buy the card and having to wait for 2 weeks or more. Nothing shows they will refund me. Let’s all keep on reporting the app till applestore take it down. Beware dealing with them

I am writing this review to warn other consumers, especially those in Egypt, about serious issues with Carry1st that cost me EGP 716.85 and resulted in completely unusable products.
On December 19, 2025, I purchased three Steam Wallet Cards (HKD 40 each) from Carry1st's Egyptian website for EGP 716.85. Order reference: C-41307661556717-P. The website displayed the Egyptian flag, showed prices in Egyptian Pounds, and accepted Egyptian payment methods. I naturally expected products sold on an Egyptian website would work in Egypt.
When I tried to redeem the codes on my Steam account, Steam rejected them with an error. The codes are region-locked to Hong Kong and cannot be used on Egyptian Steam accounts (USD region). These codes are completely worthless to me.
I immediately contacted Carry1st customer service:
December 21: Contacted via WhatsApp. Despite advertising "24/7 support," I received no response for four days.
December 23: Emailed explaining the situation. They responded that digital products are "non-refundable" and suggested I should have been more careful.
December 24: I pointed out their own policy states they assist customers facing "technical issues" with gift cards. Regional incompatibility preventing codes from working is a technical issue. I cited Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 requiring refunds for defective products. They argued "location-based limitations" are not technical issues and refused again.
December 25: I sent a detailed email about Egyptian law violations. They acknowledged the misleading 24/7 support claim and promised to "escalate feedback internally" but continued refusing my refund.
To be fair, the product page did contain some information about regional restrictions - a small flag icon in the corner (which I didn't recognize as Hong Kong) and an FAQ section at the bottom with small text mentioning Egypt. However, this does not excuse their practices:
There was no warning during checkout. No pop-up, no confirmation dialog, no prominent notice before payment. When selling products on an Egyptian website to Egyptian customers that cannot work in Egypt, you need a mandatory warning stating "WARNING: This product CANNOT be used in Egypt," not tiny text buried at the bottom.
Purchasing from their Egyptian website created a reasonable expectation that products would work in Egypt. Their platform should either not show incompatible products to Egyptian customers or provide a mandatory checkout warning.
I am sixteen years old. Small text warnings in FAQ sections are particularly inadequate for young consumers who may not fully understand regional restrictions.
Carry1st's pattern of misleading claims:
Advertise "24/7 support" but only operate 09:00-17:00 weekdays for Nigeria and South Africa only (Egypt not mentioned)
Claim to serve Egyptian customers but sell products that don't work in Egypt without proper warnings
State they assist with "technical issues" but refuse help when products don't work
Promise to "escalate feedback" but offer no actual resolution
Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 requires:
Article 4: Complete, accurate, clear information about products and limitations
Article 6: Right to return defective products within 30 days
Article 7: Prohibition of misleading practices and inadequate disclosure
Article 9: Refunds when products fail to meet reasonable expectations
Carry1st operates in Egypt, accepts Egyptian currency and payment methods, serves Egyptian customers, yet ignores Egyptian consumer protection laws.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and am sharing my experience to warn others.
Warning to potential customers in Egypt:
Be extremely careful. Products on their Egyptian website may not work in Egypt.
Read every word including tiny text and FAQ sections.
Don't trust their "24/7 support" claim - you may wait days.
If you receive unusable products, they will likely refuse refund despite Egyptian law.
I lost EGP 716.85 - money I saved as a sixteen-year-old - for completely worthless products. I'm sharing this so others don't fall into the same trap.
If you've had similar experiences, please file complaints with your consumer protection agency. Companies violating consumer protection laws must be held accountable.
Update: Will update if Carry1st resolves this, but not optimistic based on their responses.

I’m apparently the only “verified” reviewer here.
Bought a Roblox voucher for my son from Carry1st. When he tried to redeem it, the code was already used. I contacted their support and they asked for proof, so we sent them a video of him trying it again.
Then nothing — no response for several weeks.
When I followed up, they just said the code was “valid when issued” and closed the case. No resolution, no refund, nothing.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend buying anything from Carry1st.

Wish it were possible to give them a ZERO rating...... I bought a couple of vouchers from them on Oct 15, which I tried to redeem and discovered they were used. Reported and they told me would be resolved within 3-5 business days. Here we are almost a month later, unresolved and they are ignoring and not responding to my emails on the issue any longer.

Scammer they do not deliver the gift card I bought. I messaged them on WhatsApp no response also message their email I’m yet to receive a response. It you know you can not deliver gift card why add them you your website. I regretted not buying from Palmpay instead
