The customer service was great. However, I've wasted a lot of time and effort on a company that's own system has hamstrung my application. I sent over bank statements, credit reports, work contracts, drivers license details only to be told that because their bank statement reviewing system doesn't work with my bank, that they cannot progress with the application. This was a time sensitive application and through no fault of my own and having been completely transparent, this was a complete and utter waste of time. Word of warning to any TSB customers looking to apply. Approved in 4 hours with Instant Finance.

The communication. Letting me know every step of the process. It was so quick, I wasnt expecting anything to actually be complete for a few weeks at least.

The Team here at Carpow were very helpful in every way that they could possibly assist, finding the right car, and finance suitable for me. I had no hiccups along the way of processing and approved straight away. I really enjoyed the customer service.

I started my journey with CarPow last week due to needing a vehicle. Cassie was assigned to be my case manager at first and she did a wonderful job. The next day my case manager was then transferred over to Melanie who also like Cassie was very pro-active at assisting with processing my finance and finally getting it approved later on in the day. I have had such a great experience from the start of my journey with CarPow right until now as I await to hear from CarPow for when my vehicle is ready to be collected. Thank you team the Customer Service experience provided by these 2 lovely staff members is just amazing and I am grateful they were able to deliver such a smooth and seamless time whilst dealing with me.
