We visited the Newport Road, Cardff store on the off chance of looking for a rug.
David was exceptional in his customer service.
We enquired about 3 different rugs.
David was patient, efficient & very helpful.
It's rare to experience such exceptional customer service.
Our shopping experience was so much more pleasurable because of David.
He is an asset to the company.

I had amazing experience at carpet right today with the amazing lady called Tracey at weymouth store dorset, so kind friendly and approachable, really helped what I was looking for and helped me find the right product for me with the budget I had in mind thankyou.

If every company treated customers like this, life would be so much easier and pleasant. I visited the Aylesbury Store on Sunday 24th September just to look at what they had in. Davina and Jason’s customer focus is incredible. They explained everything so well worked out all the costings within my budget. I left having a carpet fitted in two days and a quote for the lounge and hall to be laminated which I will 100% be going ahead with. Davina was so honest and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a thing. I trusted them both and will be back to get the flooring for my kitchen after the lounge! Wonderful team. I won’t go anywhere else for my flooring needs!

I purchased a carpet from Crawley county oak branch today and the service was fantastic, Tina was exceptional at her job , I didn’t have a clue as to what to buy but she made it such an easy experience , thank you so much Tina for helping me choose my lovely new flooring , it was a pleasure spending my money with you thanks again Andy from billingshurst

I visited Carpet Right at Staples Corner and Shazia helped me choose the right wood floor and the right carpet. She was knowledgeable, efficient and patient. She organised the uplift , the fitting and the disposal of the material and ordered all the bits and pieces that I needed. She made my life so easy!! The prices are excellent too. I would recommend CR anytime! :)

From the moment we walked into the store (3 times to be exact as we kept adding to our order) Andrew was patient with all our questions and extremely knowledgable ensuring we chose the right carpets for our home. We were so impressed we placed the order to carpet our whole house, had wood flooring laid in our hallway and new flooring in our bathroom.

The customer service I received from from Gurpaal was the main deciding factor in me not closing the deal with another company.
This was my third visit. Gurpaal, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and customer centric. He was patient, honest and even rang a fitter to answer our query.
We went through several options and he even took samples to natural light to see how it really looked against a kitchen cabinet sample.
I felt that the whole process was clearly explained and any concerns were truthfully explained and fully allayed to one side.
I walked away feeling in need to feedback on the excellent customer service and very happy that with his guidance, I had made the right choices. Thank you Gurpaal.

All the staff at Clifton moor store a very helpful. Lee is very helpful and always sorts me out :)

The carpet fitters Nick and Brandon did a wonderful job of fitting our carpets. They were efficient friendly and professional. They lived in Bradford and fitted from Keighley store.
