Completely incompetent technician and unfriendly and unhelpful customer care. Not sure how they have such great ratings! Must be ‘influenced’. The technician came to clean a small stain of tea on my couch and left with the stain still there plus many more stains due to the chemicals he used. A completely ruined couch. A further visit ( after much pain dealing with their customer care) only further damaged the covers. It is a Roche Bobois couch with covers costing thousands and I am left with no choice but change the covers - carpet bright response was that they take no responsibility and not even a refund will be given! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

As mentioned during our visit, the fabric had already been treated with your own stain removal products prior to our technician's arrival. Unfortunately, this often compromises the fabric and limits what even a professional clean can achieve. While we always aim to deliver the best possible outcome, we're unable to reverse damage caused by previous interventions or improper cleaning agents.
Our technician did return to attempt a further clean—despite the damage already being present—and we made every reasonable effort to help. It’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t acknowledged.
We regret that you're dissatisfied, though our terms were explained clearly, and our decision not to issue a refund reflects the fact that the issue was not caused by our service and pre-existing.
We always encourage customers to contact us before applying any products themselves, as it can make all the difference.

Dan was excellent. Personable, quick and efficient and useful advice for the future.

Alvin was an absolute joy. Experienced, knowledgeable and transformed our tired looking carpet. Loads of relevant advice. So pleased I made the call. More carpets later but it will have to be Alvin for us!!!!

Can’t recommend Dan highly enough
I’ve used Carey bright on 2 occasions recently, once for a matress clean, and a second time for a carpet clean throughout the house. On both visits Dan attended, and I can only have praise for his manner and work ethic. He was pleasant and determined to do a good job. We booked Carpet Bright after our neighbour recommended them.
Daniel did a fantastic job cleaning a large rug and our stairs. Both came up like new! Daniel was very knowledgeable about carpets and how to maintain and look after them. He gave me some very useful tips! He even gave up time to give me advice about a carpet stain in another room.
He was very friendly and professional- we will definitely be using Carpet Bright in the future.

Brilliant company - will use again and again!
We previously used Carpet Bright for our carpets, they did such a fabulous job, we contacted them again after our sofas in storage were damaged with stains, and they booked us in within a week (which is amazing availability in comparison to other companies we contacted). The engineer arrived early and looked over the sofas and just got on with the job in hand. Our sofas now look brand new. Highly recommend Carpet Bright!!

Carpet Bright were amazing! My granddaughter had drawn over our cream sofas with brightly coloured marker pens. Carpet Bright managed to get all the dye out and return the sofas to their former glory. The operative was polite and knowledgeable. What a relief.

This was the best carpet clean yet
This was the best carpet clean yet. Carpet Bright are always amazing, but Zac seems to have worked a miracle! We have cream carpet in the bedroom and it looked really bad from our black cat, even though I hoover it every morning. We are absolutely delighted and this means we can put off the expense of replacing the carpet.
