4stars don't over egg what you can do
The reason for 4 stars is that I was lead to believe that they would get all the stains out but they didn't get them all out but then the carpet is 20 years old so they did what they could and I'm fairly happy with that but next time don't over egg what you can do

Second visit & Alvin was a Star again!
This is the second time we have called out Carpet Bright to help us with some carpets and we specifically asked for Alvin who came the first time.
We asked for Alvin as he gives us confidence that he will do everything in his power to leave the carpets as clean as is physically possible and once again we were not disappointed with the result!

Impressed again
This was my second time using Carpet Bright UK and once again I’ve been really impressed.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, and they were able to come out just two days later, which was fantastic.
Alvin cleaned my carpets (for the second time) and he was, as before, quick, professional and absolutely charming. My rug had really suffered over winter with mud and general wear. I genuinely thought I was going to have to throw it away, but it has come up looking fabulous.
Reliable service, great results and a lovely representative of the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Mike kept in touch on the journey to our flat as traffic can be unpredictable. Once arrived, he was friendly, cheerful and hardworking, got set up immediately and did an absolutely terrific job, leaving the 14-year-old carpets looking clean and fresh. I was really impressed. Carpet Bright is a well-run firm. Phone calls and emails are answered immediately and arrangements are efficient. The fee for the job was extremely reasonable, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free.

Outstanding Alvin
This is at least the eighth time Alvin has made my carpets look like new. His dedication to ensuring the absolute best outcome when cleaning my carpets and rugs is second to none. He is always polite, friendly, warm and extremely respectful of my property. He is punctual (always giving 30 minutes notice of arrival) and a delight to have in the house. I recommend him without reservation and thank him wholeheartedly for his fabulous work. Fair pricing is an added bonus!

Alvin sprinkles a little stardust
I was met by Alvin who arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He cleaned all my carpets superbly, even tracking the route of my white Persian cat as he went! He did an excellent job and I definitely recommend Carpetbright to everyone.

Dan's manner was very amicable and very informative of the process used in the cleaning. He got rid of a stain on the carpet and transformed the look of our 'tired' lounge rug.

Scarey Big Black Stain on my lovely carpet!
It's bad enough when someone's had an accident in your home leaving a black silt stain on your relatively new carpet. To then have to let someone you don't know into your home to tackle that stain, is a big deal. I worried that it might get worse and that the carpet would have to be replaced. I'm house proud, and the carpet is the same throughout the house, so it could have been a big problem. From the outset Dan from Carpetbright.uk.com was brilliant. He is a naturally good communicator, polite, respectful, professional and more importantly experienced and very good at his job. He assessed the stain, and patiently worked on it until he was sure it had gone, he even waited for it to dry. He knew exactly what chemical to use and was very obviously an expert in his field. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a professional man and organisation. I would highly recommend him anytime. Dan's your man, you need look no further!
