Mel has been an absolute god send, I have never used finance to fund a car before but it was so easy with Mel, she walked me through all paperwork and a gentle reminder when I had missed a signature.
Very approachable and friendly. I will be recommending to all friends and family in feed of car finance.

Efficient and super friendly
Claire and Mel were great, I dealt with Claire mainly she was fab made things easy, very lovely person to speak to. Any time she or I needed something she was on the ball text/call and answered with great efficiency any time I contacted her. I briefly spoke to Mel on the phone again also a lovely woman very friendly. Thanks to them both for sorting my finance I have wanted this car for such a long time and after struggling with others they had it done in a day! Thanks to them both I am so pleased with the price I'm paying aswell.
