Poor confection!

I ordered a skirt and the quality is so bad!
I want to return it and they charge crazy amounts for returns and if you have the 10% discount applied, they take that money also from your payment, the same discount that they offer, absolutely crazy.
I reached to support and they don’t recognise the bad quality of the product, they blame it on me and randomly recommend a different size (?) the problem is not the size at all is the fact that the seams are all uneven. If the problem is the sizing then they should warn you when you are buying online. If I order a smaller size won’t fit at all, and a bigger size will be too much.

Don’t waste your time with this brand! They are awful!

I ordered a dress in March for a wedding in May. The dress didn't say it was on pre-order, but then didn't ship after a month. I emailed asking for an update and was told the dress would ship mid-April. This was then repeatedly pushed back every time I emailed for an update. In the end it arrived 3 weeks after the wedding I was planning to wear it for.

When it arrived, the size was tiny (I ordered a Medium as size 10/12) and the quality was dreadful. The seams ripped as soon as I put it on and the lining of the dress didn't sit on the body right. It was just terribly made. I then returned it and had to request a free returns label, it wasn't going to be given to me automatically.

The customer service was helpful, but I had to chase constantly for updates and request information.

This company is a scam. I have waited for an order from April 8th 2026 that never shipped and arrived to the US. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not answer customer service emails or WhatsApp messages. Give me my money back.

overpriced for the bad quality presented, I thought it was them that made the cloth, but my order got a delay and when a Iasked about they said they were waiting for the article from de supplier (??)...
I have returned everything I order , because of the bad quality and bad fit, and I´m still waiting for the refund, a month already passed!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience has been horrible. I ordered a dress on march 25th. It still has NOT been delivered. The costumer service just stopped replying to my emails. No explanation why it hasn’t been shipped nothing, empty promises. This is so much money, I’m pissed

I ordered a dress for a wedding that cost over 110€, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed.

First of all, the sizing is completely inaccurate. The dress is labeled as a size L, but it fits more like an S. On top of that, the quality is far below expectations. The fabric feels very cheap and is noticeably transparent, something that was never mentioned in the product description.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been very poor. I was charged 25€ for a return label, which I also had to print myself. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and not what I would expect at this price.

Awful quality. And terrible (i.e. zero) customer service. The fabric was thin, not at all opaque (I would need to buy a slip to wear under it) and felt like plastic. I asked to return it and was told the cost to return was a third of the original price. When I asked for alternative return options, I got no response. I've learned my lesson!

I had high hopes for my order but got a bit disappointed when the pants arrived with many loose threads, a thin material and a button which was almost falling off. I’ve received a partial refund which is better than nothing, but I don’t know if I’ll be ordering from them again..
